Crews Quarters in Provincetown is truly exceptional. The attention to detail is outstanding, making it one of the best places I've experienced. It’s an absolute delight, especially for anyone with a sensibility for good hospitality and design.
St*art has a remarkable talent for crafting a space with a distinct T0m of Finland flair. The decor and ambiance celebrate iconic gay culture with a high level of sophistication and style.
My room had a fully dressed, comfortable bed, and was complemented by cheeky touches that were both playful and tantalizing. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a unique and memorable stay.

As with any good experience at a hotel, the staff can make that happen. David and staff, go above an beyond to ensure a great stay.

The place is conveniently located on a corner of Commercial Street, right in the heart of everything, which was so convenient to walk everywhere we wanted. Upon arriving, we were greeted promptly and they gave us early check in for a small fee because we arrived early. They gave us a tour of the house and showed us to our room. They were so friendly the entire stay.
As for the rooms and facilities, they keep it very tidy and the communal bathrooms were always kept very clean. We loved the atmosphere of the house. Everyone staying here was super friendly. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to visit.

I have a wonderful stay at Crew's. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. My single room was perfect size for one person. There were plenty of shared bathrooms. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again.

Location is central to most of Ptown. Charming old building with retro naval/sailor decore. My snug single room was very comfortable with enough space on a small desk to get work done. Quality amenities and modern bathroom. Since I had booked a shared bath, i appreciated that the toilet, shower, and sink were separated, so sevetal men could use them at a time. Great choice of music ar the lobby bar. Friendly staff. A great gay men retreat and one I would return to!

This was one more delightful visit at my home base in Provincetown, a guaranteed good time. Thanks to owner Stuart, GM David, and head of housekeeping Will, the place gets stronger all the time. For reasonable prices - lower than at almost any guest house in P'town - we get an ideal location, myriad social opportunities, cozy accommodations, fun framed photographs of athletic young men from the '40s and '50s as well as vintage men's grooming items on display in the bathrooms, groovy music and a fun nightly bar scene in the lobby, and an overall atmosphere of organization and efficiency. CQ is a Provincetown gem and I will return always.

Crew's Quarters is at its best under its current ownership, and my recent stay there, like my previous three, was a complete pleasure. Owner Stuart is charming and fun and has transformed the look and spirit of the place for the better. It is well-organized, professionally run, affordable, clean, and attractive, and the nautical theme is amusingly employed all over the hotel. David, the current innkeeper, is warm and friendly and extremely efficient; Will, the head of housekeeping, does a first-rate job. The lobby becomes a nightly bar populated with interesting guys. The social possibilities of CQ are as rich as ever, and the location is ideal. I love the place and recommend it highly.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating! The shared bathroom reminded me some of my college days.
Things to consider, there is no A/C and no parking area. If you are prepared to deal with this, then you will really enjoy this location, I know I did!

Booked a solo long weekend here last minute for bear week. Had a standard room with a comfortable queen bed. Shared bathroom across the hall was always clean and never occupied when I needed it. This place does not have AC but with the windows open, the ceiling fan and desk fan on high, and the right amount of alcohol and dancing, I found it comfortable enough for sleep… and I found a hottie nearby with AC for the one of the really hot nights.
Staff were very nice and accommodating and the other guests were all friendly and pleasant. The outdoor area and lobby were great areas to meet and chat with other guys.
It’s a boarding house and an older building, but it’s clean, comfortable and with a lot of charm and new paint! Would definitely stay here again when traveling solo.

The entire boarding house was like stepping back into the 1940’s. Beautifully decorated rooms like nowhere else. Right in the center of action but still quiet. Can’t wait to return next year.

Great location. Really more of a crash pad with basic rooms and that was just fine with me.

The temperature in this place was super hot. I don’t know if there was an issue with the heat, but I hope they figure it out. It made it very difficult to be inside.

The recent renovation of Crew's Quarters has made an always-fun and efficient hotel several degrees better. Everything about the place is a pleasure: its ideal location, its coziness and intimacy, its cleanliness and maintenance, its rustic look and fun nautical decorations, the friendly and attentive staff, and the social possibilities that have made Crew's Quarters a top favorite among male visitors to Provincetown. I was also very pleased with the price. Five stars.

My hat off to those responsible for the fantastic restoration of this historic place. A job well-thought done with class and taste. You walk in the place and you are transported to another time instantly. Squeaky clean, laser-focused attention to detail. Spectacular, modern/remodeled doble walk-in showers. Very expensive toiletries including soaps, shampoo, and conditioner at no cost, towels available in your room and in bathrooms at no extra cost.Location, right in the middle of everything and in front of one of the best restaurants in town. Price right but if you cannot live without the remote control this is not the place for you. will go back.

This place have unique decoration and color. I feel like I am back in the 60's. The location is so great close to all the events. The room can be a little warm but it is ok since I am from California used to warmer weather. Bring earplug for sleeping since garbage truck somes in the morning.

The facility is very convenient to all downtown businesses, restaurants, shows and bars. Staff is friendly. Nice, though limited in size outside sitting.
We were in a 1st floor room. Significant street sounds/noise with late night partiers returning from bars and very early morning deliveries to restaurants . No AC

Crew's Quarters is a fantastic option for your first time in Provincetown: it's right on the main drag, so it's a 5 minute walk to all the parties and right next to the Food Court if you want a meal without the wait or price of the bigger restaurants. Everyone on staff was really sweet and generous with time and advice, and the bathrooms, while shared, were kept impeccably clean. It could get a little warm in the room in the heat of the day and there was a little noise outside though 2am, but small sacrifices for the great value.

Very convenient right on Commercial but also very noisy as no AC so windows open mean you hear everything said that walks by. It is quaint and the manager couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating, but very hot rooms. If you are there to party until the night and come back dead to the world then you will be fine.

Right in the center of the action. Easy walk to the Boatslip tea dance, A-House, Gifford, etc. It is a Vintage building. Rooms are Small. Three shared bathrooms - one per floor. But this was no problem. Very Friendly staff and fellow guests. Rooms in front are going to get a lot of street noise from revelers and morning deliveries. It is really only quiet from 3 - 6 am. Still a good option for couples or solo travelers who want to be right on Commercial St.

Location is perfect, along the main street and central to the shops/bars/restaurants. The place is exceptionally well presented - beautiful wood, fireplace, velvet curtains, period paintings and art. There is a patio outside to people-watch. Linens were of a very good quality and bed was comfortable (some noises from inside - old buildings). The staff are super friendly. The price was a bit high, and disproportionately is higher if you’re just staying a few days - but lodging can be very limited in the Summer. Overall a beautiful and convenient place to stay with a warm community feel.

I liked that it was located in the middle of the downtown. I liked that it was all male. Jim was a great host. Very welcoming and accommodating.. It was casual and Jim upgraded my accommodations to a first floor room across from the bathroom. I was having some walking issues so this was great. Place was clean.
