The hotel was comfortable and provided easy access on/off the expressway. The room was clean with the notable exception of a lazy boy chair that was very worn and dirty.

Amazing staff , quiet , back off the highway , lived here before years ago , close to everything from Walmart to tractor supply , they allow dogs which gets an A+……big area to walk them around .

It was nice that they had a kitchen and full size fridge. However was not the cleanest, did not offer breakfast.

Staff was fantastic and very friendly. Hotel pool and hot tub was always clean. I will from now on make this my hotel of choice when i come back home to visit.

Upon arrival after 3pm to the hotel our room was not ready. Waited an additional 30mins before we could go in the room. Then to see that the bins under the dish counter was not emptied. I spent 12 days there and during that time my room was cleaned once with request and once without request. Both times after cleaning I had to request additional wash cloths, there was no dish cloths and it was unbelievable that the room attendants didn’t wash the dishes after they so called cleaned the room. How can a room be cleaned with the dishes being washed? Additionally the sofa mattress is dirty and soiled it needs changing. It is not suitable for human beings to lay on.

I love that it’s a two room suite, BUT it needs updating. The staff was friendly but could have been a bit more helpful. It was quiet enough other than a few noisy neighbors.

The staff was nice but the furniture was torn and stains on wall.

The room was spacious, but furniture was dated, and there was a beat-up armchair which looked dirty and was worn - I didn't even want to put my coat on it. The outlet between the beds did not work when I plugged my phone in to charge it. The bathroom was well stocked with towels and clean.

Everything was great as expected! Love this place, no need to look for more. Pool, hot tub… smoking rooms would make this better, but it’ll never happen. I accept that lol

Of all our stays in the Austintown area this was the worst motel. It was dated and dirty! I would not stay again or recommend.

Needs updated furniture, TV in room. The overall style/Decor and tech needs to be brought into 2022

The property was right off the freeway and very easy to find. Rooms were clean. Staff was courteous

No issues. Customer service on point, friendly. Room was spacious.

King suite with kitchen.. entire 3rd floor smelled bad from dinner being cooked and no ventilation. Mold in shower stall. Bed was comfortable. Very busy traffic area. Gas station, holiday express all within 1/4 block

The property was not at all clean . The laundry room and machines are very dirty, smelly and old. We are tested positive after our stay in the property. Looks like we got it while we are in the property. Smoking Smell in the lift. Room also smells bad.

Front desk person was from another shift. Didn't know how to check in. No remote in bedroom. When provided with one it didn't work. Lamp in bedroom didn't work. Individuals running up and down the hallway screaming at 11 pm, 4am, and again at 5am. When checking out, no staff ever came to the front desk to do check out process.

I ask for a room change because the roof top air conditioner was noisy and banging so loud. They accommodated me. The fire alarm kept going off. Neither of these things could be helped by the staff. The mechanical things need attention. Other than that it was a good stay.

I had low expectations just because it's a budget chain for which I'd seen mixed reviews. But it was actually pretty good for a bare bones kind of place. The bed, pillows, and bedding were all good quality--better than I've experienced in some upscale hotels--making for a comfortable sleep. The place was quiet and clean (though the scent of disinfectant was kind of unpleasant in hallways) and having a kitchen and full size refrigerator is definitely a bonus. The room was very spacious. Very reasonable dog fee of $25. Actually had a pleasant view of a green field. The one down side was that the hotel had no record of my reservation despite receiving repeated emails from Hotels.com saying my reservation was guaranteed, etc etc. Fortunately they had a room, the same that I'd reserved. But I'd love to know how the reservation was lost.The room suffered from wear and tear in spots and the bathroom is just "eh." But all that is what I expect from budget chains. Location couldn't be more convenient.

Noisy family above us till 1am & then start up again at 4am we found employee James to be the best customer service and personality and accommodating my needs as being handicapped. Not so much with manager. 1st room bad toilet. 2nd room kitchen sink had backed up while we were not ther for 24 hours we and back to. James cam up to the rescue again in a moment and fixed!

Location was great! James was fantastic, very friendly... He cares about his job and customers. The lady in the morning, didn't get her name, was also very friendly and pleasant! It seemed the hotel could have been a little cleaner. The stove in our room wasn't cleaned, bathroom was dirty around the toilet. Hallway, there was stuff..on the floor. Pool area was nice, clean .i understand the purpose of the hotel and the use for it but just as a weekend guest, not sure I would make it a point to come back
