The Ramada is overall a very pleasant experience. Although at times it feels like they are more busy than they can handle - weddings, events, walk-ins, etc. can make for shaky service. The staff is lovely, it just feels like they are overwhelmed.

The hotel itself was pretty very accessible. The food was good there's a nice variety. Commute to the airport and shopping was not bad. Front desk and wait staff were excellent

Most of the services and amenities were excellent. Small issue was in the room, i found some bugs which to me seems like the room wasn't cleaned properly.

I've never in my life been to a Wyndham hotel with such low standard and horrible service:- Furniture in room and balcony old and partly broken- No warm water in the bathroom- Mold in bathroom tiles and rust in bathroom appliances- Unprofessional and unfriendly staff (personal highlight was a call from reception at midnight confusing the rooms and telling me this is my wake-up call)- Attempt to charge us for expensive wine which we didn't drink during checkout and then presenting us a bill from the bar without name and signature- Loud construction noise from the hotel garden past midnight which didn't let us sleep all night+ Pool area is nice and staff around the pool helpful and friendly+ Decent selection for breakfastWhen confronting reception staff with our complaints there was no reaction, definitely not coming back.

Really lovely staff but massively understaffed. Never experienced such poor service at a resort property. The pool is lovely but the beach is sadly pretty dirty. Food was good but overpriced.

The staff did not seem to know how to bill my room. It took three or four of their staff to figure out how to bill my room (they did not seem to understand their system and procedures). I travel often in Africa and am patient. But I think it could have frustrated someone with less experience with these types of frustrations.

Room is clean, service is very good. I asked the hotel to raise the overall temperature of the bathing water, and the hotel sent someone to adjust it in time. Now everything is good.

The hotel is nicely maintained, the rooms are clean and comfortable. However, the dining service is not up to the standard. The dinner options were soo limited and it took over an hour to arrive, the breakfast options were limited too and the staff serving were doing as if they were doing us a favour, just to make spanish omellete took an hour. I would not come back.

We had a longer than usual stay at this hotel. It was very close to my friends family home. This was the reason we chose it. The pool was lovely but our friends had to pay $20 each for everyday they wanted to come to the pool and hang out with us. I understand a charge for guests at the pool but 20 US dollars is ridiculous. This truly was my only complaint. The staff was extremly helpful The food was good. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. They arranged transport for us and the concierge programed my friends phone for his new sim card. Great over and above help.

One word. Amazing. We love coming to this place and don't stay every time we come to Dar because we like it to be a treat when we do. A bit pricey but well worth it.

It was a great place, loved the ambient and enjoyed the services rendered.

The towels are old. There is an urgent need to have new towels!!

Great place to stay young adult son and I spent a week in Dar Es Salaam and Zanzibar. The Ramada was the perfect place to stay, Nice hotel Great front desk team. Great cooks and wait staff. Will come back

The customer service is terrible and poor communication it’s actually not the first time. I short I will never book myself there again not refer anyone to sleep there.
