05/01/2024 This is a vintage - old world property - newly purchased by the owners who are excited to share the area with visitors. It’s quiet, very clean & very comfortable. The rooms are spacious and overlook one of the most beautiful and intimate locals on the Russian River. Parking is safe and generous and it’s a small piece of heaven on Earth. The innkeeper was so sweet and let us check in earlier than normal, property was beautiful & room had all we needed!

We had a great experience with this hotel. The only thing we found a little odd was that they leave your room open and your key inside the room, which made us a little nervous as two girls arriving quite late. Otherwise the room was great, and the service was great!

The room was cute and clean. It's nice to have a kitchen. The road beside the room is busy. The self check-in and check-out is convenient. Thank you!

Such a beautiful property! Easy to work with staff, and lovely views of the river. It was storming and still stunning. A perfect spot we can’t wait to return to!

Fantastic property. Only one issue. We stayed two nights and had used some of the dishes in the room the first night. We texted the number in the provided binder to let them know and asked where to put them- we set them outside as instructed, but they were never picked up.

Beautiful property with great outdoor space and river access. The host was very kind and gave us a call prior to arrival to make sure we had a smooth check-in. In addition, she came to our door twice to let us know my car hatch had not properly closed! Thank you!

Cute little cottages. Comfy beds. Beautiful grounds. Karen the host goes above and beyond for her guest. Parking is limited. And on a Wednesday there is no where to eat. No fault of the Inn though. We would stay here again.

Belle at check was awesome! She let mw check in early and gave some really great recommendations on the area. The grounds here are beautiful. I went for a solo relaxtion weekend and this hotel was perfect. I loved the cottage feel to the rooms! Will definitely be coming back in the spring

We've stayed here several times. Convenient for trips to the ocean, the Redwoods and right on the Russian River. Staff has been warm and welcoming

Very limited kitchen; the burners take a long time to become hot enough for cooking. No facial tissues provided. But very convenient location for us, and very helpful staff; they upgraded us without charge to a quieter room with a balcony over the river.

This is a cute, retro motel. Our room was very comfortable and clean. We will definitely stay there again! Would have appreciated the breakfast but apparently it was not being offered when we were there.

The remodeled accommodations were excellent. Bed was comfortable. The backyard was spacious with many places to sit and relax and enjoy the view of the Russian River.

Dirty. Patio on saggy roof, so soft and hot. Outdated, Never saw an employee, self checkin and out. Nice exterior, Nice View. I do not recommend.

Amazing spot!

We really liked how the property was dog friendly and easy access to the river. In addition, easy access to the beach for renting kayaks, canoe's or innertubes to lounge by the river and very good restaurants nearby.

This place is amazing! The best location for river activity 10 minutes drive from The Armstrong redwood park. We will be back at River Inn soon.

My third year coming to this property. Its beautiful, quite and clean.

This place has a lovely garden on the river. We had a mix up with Expedia and could only stay 1 night but I’d definitely come back. The room was spacious and comfortable to cook meals and stay awhile.

We had Room #5 and it was perfect for our 3-person family. We loved the grounds and the beautiful views of the River. They had all the amenities we needed for a perfect stay and walkable to the beach! Walls were a little thin as I could hear the person in the room next door snoring so was thankful they provided earplugs.

The grounds are unbelievably beautiful! Our balcony overlooked the Russian River. The manager was very kind and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Karen carved out a perfectly beautiful little place on the River. We were able to upgrade to a River View room with beautiful patio to enjoy the cool mornings with coffee. Very tranquil. There are also several barbecues with an outdoir sink, table and chairs. The room was cozy, 2 bedrs. Coffeemaker fridge and microwave. We loved it. Sitting in the Adirondack chairs down by the river, chatting and enjoying the beauty was our favorite. We will definitely return.
