It was good to have the basics in the room like the old days of motels, kettle, toaster, cutlery, nice wine glasses, even a microwave. Nice, spacious bathroom, good toilet paper (yes that does matter). Very comfortable bed and pillows. Just a shame that the restaurant wasn't open on Saturday night. Thanks for the complimentary bottles of water.

My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights and absolutely loved it there. Room was clean, comfortable bed and nice hot shower. Amenities were so close to our room and staff were lovely. Definitely recommend staying here if you come past parkes. I give it a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Comfortable bed, lovely large shower, the restaurant food and service was great, would recommend. Truck noise all night was average though. Would ask for a back room next time.

This was a real surprise, great rates and omg a super comfy bed and pillows. Room was very clean and tidy, free water bottles in the fridge and an all in all comfortable stay

This is not a 4star motel. TV didnt work properly. Despite tellling us it would be fixed next morning no one showed up. Drain in shower leaked through waste drain in bathroom. Sliding door to outside area had no lock. We relied on the screen door to lock the room. Cleanliness not up to scratch. Food in restaurant was bland smothered in cheese. Would not recommend you stay here.

Friendly, helpful staff, nice comfortable room. A lot of traffic noise all through the night. I guess that's what you have to expect on the main road into town.

Very friendly check in, the room was extremely clean and very comfortable with everything we needed for a nights stay on our way from QLD to VIC. We ate dinner in the restaurant and the food was amazing, the steak was perfect and my wife had the lamb shanks which she loved - followed by apple pie and ice cream. Yum! I was very impressed with the bucket and car window cleaner supplied where we parked as this was definitely needed before we continued our journey home. Thankyou.

Our room was very comfortable and modern. Wi-Fi was difficult to navigate for Netflix and we could not work it out. (I might be slow with technology, but my partner is quite efficient but could not get it either).
The room was terrific otherwise, but the bathroom was not kept to the standard of the rest of the property.
We chose this property in part because it had a Restaurant, but it was not open on our night of stay.

The room was a great size, the 2 king single mattresses that made up the king bed could probably be changed and the air ventilation wasn’t working in the shower as it was caked with dust but overall a comfortable stay.

Sorry…. but only if you get a low rate.. Restauant closed Sunday,Bedside light not working,bathroom light may have been a sensor, but had a mind of its own. Has had a minor makeover but needs some love.

The stay at The Station Hotel was fine and we enjoyed the rooms that were booked.
A bit strange that at 8:00am when we went to the restaurant for breakfast we were advised breakfast was finished even though the hotel website advertised that Breakfast was from 7:00am to 8:30am.
That was disappointing however we ended up having a superb breakfast & coffee at Bella’s Italian cafe.

This is an excellent motel in every way. The room was beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean and large. The bed was super comfortable and the linen top quality. Had 2 really good dinners in the attached restaurant. Host was outstanding. I will definitely be staying here again.

The motel is very well maintained and appears to be newly refurbished. It’s in a good location to walk into the CBD but equally has a great little restaurant serving all your classic meals, with a good wine and beer list and all exceptional well cooked. Really pleasant owners and would recommend.

Stayed one night on our way south and we were very pleased with the cleanliness of the room.
Bed was comfortable.
Just a short drive into town for restaurants.

This is an older motel. The beds, linen and pillows are excellent, had a great sleep. The bathroom is clean and needs someone to redo the grout, replace the bathroom door and do a detailed clean to spruce it up.
