Such a great place to stay, alote of nice people

It’s a nice place right in key west. We enjoyed the pool area and rented bikes for a day. Duval St and other sights are walkable. Breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly. It’s more like a hostel, but very nice. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks for everything.

Room is a little overpriced. Very basic, no decorations, no table or shelves in room. Had to put everything on the floor. Pool area was nice; great location

We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back. The configurations are great to accommodate friends traveling together!

THE FLOOR IN OUR ROOM NEEDS SOME ATTENTION. THE LIGHT OVER THE KING SIZE BED THE GLASS WAS BROKE, THE PAINT OVER THE BATHROOM MIRROR WAS A GIANT WATER BUBBLE

Did npt like being charged a resort fee in additoon to the price charged by Expedia. Resort fee was 89.00

A nice place. I was hesitant about sharing a room with strangers, but it was ok. Nice people.

I feel compelled to share our experience at this place. At first glance, the place has a cute appearance and much character. It is old but the concept is very cool. Check in staff were very nice and when we got to our 1 bed cottage, room 411, my Wife looked at me and was so excited. It looked like a little cute cottage until we walked inside. I was so disgusted and disappointed, and my Wife was appalled. This cottage was completely disgusting. It was dirty and gross. The bed frames were covered in some type of gunk, the walls were damaged, the floor was sticky, the blinds on the windows were rusted or mold on them. A complete DIVE. We didn't want to make a big deal of this due to it being our anniversary get away from Tampa Florida. I can only sum this place up as a "flop house". I am still so upset over this place. The people were weird, and my Wife said this place is a "HOSTILE". I did see a video on you tube about this place, but I chose to ignore it. I would love to get my money back because this place was NOT worth what I spent for two days. SO, I CAUTION YOU! This is not a place for a romantic getaway of any kind. Sorry for this review, but I couldn't wait to share when we got home. Sorry NYAH, this is CERTAINLY "Not Your Average Hotel. It is a BELOW AVERAGE HOTEL AT BEST.

We loved the property, the location, the pools and the international friendly travelers. But they have an issue with no hot running water. And no one from NYAH ever responded to any of my emails and phone calls after they sent an email informing us the room we reserved was unavailable. Poor technical communication.

Great location, very close to shops, eats, and sights. Staff were phenomenal. Well Worth the stay and can’t beat the price. Thanks all!

Very nice,different, 4 pools-hot,warm,3ft,6ft. Clean, friendly.

The problem is where the stool are placed .. in front rooms, letting guests that drink and forget that are others guests that want to sleep, and talk, laugh w no respect. If, there is a place to talk far from the rooms, the hotel could be perfect! Some guests don’t follow the rules..

No chair in the room and very small place

Never arrived tried to cancel the very next day. One of the participants got sick she was going to Key West. She ended up in the hospital. Manager would not approve cancellation. As far as I’m concerned it was a very bad experience. I will never use you again. Rick Melli

Hostel hotel style provides for a very unique group of clientele. Our room could’ve used a thorough cleaning but overall the facility staff was excellent.

Staff was friendly in accommodating building was a little bit older but that is kind of the lay of the land in that area right in the middle of the action not far from everything overall for the price it was a great value.

We stayed at NYAH in Key West. I was sceptical but it turned out to be a very wonderful place. The staff and property were great. Highly recommend

It's pretty good value for money if you don't mind some noise from the pool area. There was many people enjoying the pools late in the evening. We weren't bothered by it but you can clearly hear everything inside. In our room floor was a bit damaged apparently due to some water from the pool. Also parking is on the streets, however we were able to find a free parking spot nearby. There is also parking areas but those can be expensive. Staff was friendly and bathroom + shower was in good condition. We had a private room with 4 beds and the beds were surprisingly comfortable as bunk beds. Location was very good as Duval street is within walking distance.

It was Wonderful! The staff was very friendly , informative, social-able, attentive to details. It was very clean, “ great vibe”, relaxing. It was in a great location , plus nice to have bikes to rent on the property.

Everything was excellent EXCEPT the blinds on the window in 317 don't go all the way down and the outside lights shown into the room directly on the beds. Really made for a fitful night of sleeping.

There is no parking you have to find a parking spot There is no privacy in the room all windows are halfway open no option to close the window There is sing on the AC that if you put down the temperature below 68 your cc is going to be charged The shower is horrible old ..don't go there

It's a decent place but very dorm room like. Very small for 3 adults.

was not the same facility shown on hotels.com ,room was by the pool equipment listened to the pumps running none stop. not a 500 dollar hotel at all more like a 150 a night dump

Better than expected for the price, would stay here again.

First time staying with strangers it worked but preferred more private very grateful to be put up with people more my age so I did feel safe

Very low water pressure

The facilites are great, everything was to my satisfaction except for the poor insulation which made a noisy stay.

At its price point NYAH is quite disappointing. The hotel feels old and poorly maintained. It feels neither luxurious like a nice hotel nor homey like a well maintained motel. The pictures did not match our room and it seems like some rooms are more newly renovated than others but this was not clear when booking. Front desk is more often than not absent (we also called twice and both times no one picked up). pros -convenient location -nice pool and hot tub -acceptable room cons -pictures on website did not match actual room -no daily housekeeping -loud/old AC -grey sheets, towels, and curtains with some stains -the toilet moves around because it is not fully attached to the floor (?!) -rusty/dirty door edges -mold smell

It was excellent

Our room, 217, had a leak coming from the ceiling which kept the floor wet. This leak has been there for a long time so the smell was quite unbearable. Unfortunately, there were no other beds available for us to be moved so we had to endure it. Sorry to say that I won't be able to recommend this property to anyone. This leak should have been addressed long ago!
