It was comfortable. We missed out on the breakfast so I can't comment on that. We were charged a $25 cash pet fee.

This hotel is extremely run down. It was fairly clean but most everything in need of repair. Bed was hard! Bar missing from toilet paper holder, no stopper for tub, mini bar adjustment dial missing, no holder for the bar soap, ceiling tile falling in hall. It is very inexpensive so I didn’t luxury but this was pretty bad.

The family who operated the hotel seemed very nice, but many things were broken or in disrepair. The hotel room was not clean, the toilet ran and made noises, the refrigerator temperature dial was broken, there were paint on the windows and unfinished spackle in the bathroom, and the water spout in the tub was falling out of the wall. It was affordable, which was a plus!

The stairs, elevator, and hallways were filthy. The front desk person tried to scam us for pet fees. The room was unclean. One bed had hair between the sheets. The carpet and hard floors were sticky. I recommend you spend your money elsewhere. The app won't let me add the photo of the door with the lock removed that has a sign telling users to simply pull it open.

They double booked the room I got. When I got my key I went into the room and it was dirty, got, smelled bad, and I think there was a naked man sleeping on the bed. I had to go downstairs and request another room. Unacceptable. I felt uncomfortable and unsafe at this hotel. Felt the need to deadbolt lock my new room to avoid something similar happening to me.

I usually stay in many hotels for my work, but this has been my worst nightmare.
A place that smells stinky, a staff that does not interest them at all. The hot water did not work, the disgusting bathtub, the yellow towels, the floor with hair from previous people.
I really had to spend my night there because I had arrived very late from work and I only had the chance to sleep 5 hours and I didn't have time to go out and look for another place.
Breakfast omg I was not going to eat at all but my coworker did go to take it, he spent the whole day going to the bathroom.

Staff is horrible, English isn’t in the realm of capability. Food for breakfast-horrible (eggs floating in watery substance). Not towels in the bathroom when I arrived.

Dont stay here if you cannot behold dirts. Its old and rusty including the mirrors.

Exit door and ice machine broken. Tracked in mud from outside the main entrance thru lobby, into the elevator and down the halls while only attendant was drawing pictures with personal friends when i arrived.
This morning the breakfast area was not clean, no customers around and attended was sitting in the office with her back to the lobby

Staff was super nice! Greeted us every morning. Directed my parents who are elderly pretty much every time I wasn’t around. Kept and eye on my dad while he walked the dog. So freaking helpful! Highly recommend this property for your next stay near here. Great locale and great people!

This was my first time staying there and my last. Room 130 has one issue that I couldn't overlook. The toilet leaks water, so every 15 or so minutes it re-fills again and you won't be able to sleep. I had to shut off the water line before going to bed. The room also had a slice in the carpet/rug? I have never stayed in a room in this condition. The website indicates hot breakfast but they're not currently it! Only continental breakfast! The air conditioner was very cold! The shower was also good! Finally the Hotel doesn't really care about the landscape, weeds are growing abundantly. It wasn't pricey, but I will pay more next time and stay somewhere else.

Room #104 was clean and everything worked. We really didn't need anything from the staff but they were readily available. Breakfast was hot and decent.

Elevator wasn’t working , they gave us our room in the 3th floor, beds had hair all over the sheets and shower curtain.

The condition of the room was sub-par. The shower rod was nearly pulled out of the wall on one side, barely hanging on. The toilet refilled itself every few minutes. The thermostat mode, fan, on/off would not work.
On the plus side, the front desk staff and housekeeping staff were excellent. The breakfast was also pretty good.

No frills hotel. Only stayed for 2 days. The room is equiped with a mini fridge and mini microwave. The hotel is mostly oil rig workers.

The rooms are very small (hence MICROtel) xompared to other hotels but they are fully functional amd have everything needed for a hotel stay. The beds are comfortable which is important as I've had back surgery so is a necessity! My only complaint would be the pillows are not the greatest but they do have 4 on each bed so i was able to find one that worked best for me. The staff is always very friendly. I'll definitely stay here again!

This little room had everything we needed for a comfortable night: quiet and clean environment, comfortable bed, and they are serving a nice hot breakfast bar. The staff was friendly. We would stay here again.
