A few things stuck out for "downers"... 1) they used strong fabric softener on their sheets and towels. It was over powering and made me itch. I don't remember it being an issue at my stay a year ago. I just want clean, not scented. 2) my room was a west facing room and the blinds were open when I checked in, making the room pretty hot. The portable A/C was a blessing, but the vent was broken, pointing down and I had to prop it up with a washrag. 3) the dining experience was disappointing because the waitress kept leaving the balcony doors open to take food out to the customers and the flies came in. I got so annoyed batting away 2 flies from my AMAZING chicken/mushroom penne, that I just got it to go and ate in my room.
This is my 2nd stay here and I would go back if I knew the fabric softener issue was taken care of. The other 2 issues are easy fixes.

Beautiful property, owners are lovely and have worked hard to create a quiet and comfortable stay in a beautiful setting. Chalets and cabins are very well appointed, restaurant was excellent and everyone was so friendly!

The place was good overall, but if they provide coffee and tea service daily it would be wonderful.
The staff, Dia she is amazing and very nice. Foods from restaurant they have on property was great!! You should definitely dine there. My favourite was chicken shawarma rice meal.

it’s only 25 mins to Waterton Park not crowded with folks, was lovely place. I would totally recommend this place.

Stayed in one of the chalets. It was very nice and clean. Basically like a small house with a nice kitchen and dining area. Very spacious. Quiet. Much better value than staying in Waterton Lakes hotel. The only negative was the restaurant of the hotel was understaffed and service was very slow. Still it was a nice restaurant and convenient. I will recommend this hotel to anyone going to this beautiful place.

The owner, Dia, checked us in and was super-friendly. Gave us suggestions for sight-seeing in the area. Had no problem extending our stay. The room was small, but very well kept and clean, loved the decor, especially the “real” towels (not the white, scratchy, institutional ones that are usually in hotels). We had pizza from the restaurant that is attached to the hotel and it was awesome. All in all, it was a great experience; definitely would stay again, and recommend to friends and family. We loved Debbie at check-in, she answered all our questions with 11 ... lolol.. Dia the owner introduced herself while we were in the attached restaurant. She sat and spoke with us, she shared stories of hope that were needed, and knowledge that was much appreciated !! We ended the evening promising to come back on a regular basis.

We were graciously upgraded to a chalet by the owner when she saw how tall my husband was. The chalet was spacious, well appointed, and it was the best sleep we had out of all the hotels on our trip. The bed was comfortable, and the pillows were great, not your typical "hotel pillows".

The 2 bedroom chalets are very nicely done, modern white and grey walls, very new kitchen and bathroom. good storage, high ceilings. Beds were fine, internet was fine. Kitchen was wonderful. A/C was great. It's a 24 minute drive to Waterton Lake NP and 40 minutes to the US border on a pretty road. The town has a Walmart, several gas stations, some fast food. There is a restaurant at the hotel, we didn't try it.

We had originally wanted to stay at Waterton but the drive was not too much and the atmosphere was much quieter in Pincher Creek. Would definietly recommend to others. Thank you!

The room was exactly what we needed, very clean and comfortable and the price was good. We had diner in the restaurant and the food & the waitress were awesome. The check in clerk was also so kind and helpful. A great place to rest your body.
