It was very nice. I did not find the bed comfortable but my husband did, everything wasn in working conditions and clean.
Meg, the do it all manager was super friendly and extremely nice!

This is a magical place that my son and I come to every year. Small, quaint, clean and comfortable. A walk away from the ocean and a few miles from shops, restaurants and town. Meg, the manager is awesome and makes us feel like we have come back home every time we visit. This hidden gem that has created amazing memories for us. We cannot wait to come back again.

The property is very nice with spacious, clean rooms. Meg was very helpful and informed me of the additional parking available (some reviews mention inadequate parking) and she even gave me the option of first or second floor. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay near the beach in Vero.

Right by the beach. Check in was fast and friendly. Room is nice. Spacious and cozy. Love the retro feel even though there have been lots of changes. Nice view at night from the top deck. Will definitely be back.

Stayed here for a night. The property is very cute and retro, like what you’d find in Fort Lauderdale or South Beach. Bed was comfy. We had an issue with the amount if light in the room. Around 10 pm, the outdoor lights turned on. They are very bright and they lit up our entire room and bathroom. We tried propping up pillows and sheets to block the uncovered window but it didn’t help. Every time I woke up in the night, I was confused bc i thought it was morning and the sun was up. So i didn’t sleep well. The pool looked inviting and the building was freshly painted. The check in area looked like it was from HGTV.

Stayed for a night and thought it was a perfect little getaway for the price. Clean and close to the beach, you won’t regret staying here. The woman who takes care of the place was very kind and friendly, and the room was spacious and comfortable (we had the one bedroom with kitchenette and a king bed).

Nice, "old Florida" small oceanside motel (17 units). Has been updated some, could use a little more, but probably coming in the future. Friendly staff made check-in a breeze. Parking gets a little tight when they are full. Location is great, close to beach, many restaurants and other local attractions! Overall, we had a nice stay.

Meg was absolutely amazing. you can tell the property is a little older but rooms have new furnishings and are VERY clean, cleaner than most chains I have stayed at. Cannot say how absolutely amazing Meg made our stay, she is so kind, attentive and has the best attitude!

We felt like we were traveling back to a peaceful time. The property is located in a quiet, residential area and was decorated tastefully with a hint of MCM. The kitchen was fully equipped. Bed linens, towels and pillows were as nice as a fancy hotel. Meg runs an excellent establishment and goes out of her way to make her guests feel welcomed! The beach is just a short walk away. Dining and shopping are a short drive. We will definitely be back!

Cannot say enough good about this place. Came for relaxation and I got it. The property is adorable and only 1 block from the beach. Meg who runs the front desk went above and beyond. Will definitely be returning the next time I’m in the area.

The property has had some wonderful updates. Rooms are updated with modern/midcentury furniture. Appear more spacious...lovely vibe. Courtyard has been changed with astroturf and adirondack chairs, grill, cornhole games. etc.

This is our second visit and this time we brought more family. The rooms are charming, with a mid-century modern vibe. It's an intimate inn, with a pool, just across the street from South Vero Beach, with plenty of dining and shopping just a couple of minutes away. The only downside is that when other guests decide not to honor the 9pm pool closure, there's no staff on site to address the racket. And when they're going at it 'til four in the morning, you're on your own. Of course, situations like that are the luck of the draw. Otherwise, it was all we'd hoped for.

Biggest positive. Motel staff (Meg) was super sweet, friendly amd helpful. Showed us where towels were we could take to the beach and chairs that we could sign out. The lovatin of the motel is perfect. Less than a block from the beach, five minutes from lots of restaurants. Room was clean and you could tell meticulously ordered, everything in its place. Biggest negative. Lack of hot water for showers. Not running out, I mean it was only luke warm in the first place.

I was completely blown away by the Seaspray Staff! Not only are they amazingly friendly but went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect.
The hotel itself is adorable. It's charmingly retro Florida with a modern twist. The location can't be beat as it is just a few feet to the beach and the roof-top patio (above the office) is perfect for watching the sun come up with a coffee.
The kitchens in the rooms are well equipped but if you need anything else they have a room full of supplies as well.
This is our go-to hotel from now on when we come to town to visit family. It's so perfect.

The host was super accommodating and nice. There’s a pool on property which was great to go to after hanging out on the beach. The place truly has everything you need. It was a great weekend getaway.

Needed a place for one night between Miami and Jacksonville. Vero Beach was a great half way for us. The motel is across the street from the beach. A few restaurants within walking distance. The motel has a rooftop and looks to be a bar. But closed the Monday night we stayed.

Perfect little old school spot with a great surf and beach charm. Very quick walk to a great little beach. Everything in town was less then 15 minutes away, Dogertown and airport as well. Meg was the hostesses with the mostnesses. Very attentive with any and all needs and genuinely cared about us and our stay. Hope to be back next year and will stay here again if so.

If you want somewhere you can truly enjoy some vacation/ relaxation this is your spot. The hotel is cleaner than most 5 star big named hotels. The staff is amazing. Literally goes above and beyond for you. Never had any attitude and always in great spirits. I’d stay here any day over any 5 star corporate hotel. To add to that, the beach is literally 2 mins away as well as food and grocery stores.

We love staying at the Seaspray whenever we come to Vero to visit family. Comfortable, welcoming, and not at all fussy; plus the convenience of a kitchenette, the ability to borrow beach chairs, all of this makes seaspray our favorite home away from home.

This place is so cute. I wish we had longer than one night! Very walkable to the beach, which is a natural state park area. Owner/ operator is super friendly and the decor is really charming.

Meg the property manager was fantastic! She is so friendly, bubbly and eager to help. Made you feel like family. She was constantly busy with upkeep, housekeeping, laundry everything and anything that needed done she took care of it. Thank you Meg!!

The lodge is a wonderful vacation stay for so many reasons. The suites are comfortable and have everything one needs. The beds are very good! The staff is generous with their time. And, ah, the location! The short walk to perhaps the finest beach walks one could wish for. You will have a great time at this very quiet and very Floridian resort!

The office staff lady was super friendly went above and beyond to give us a great experience. She saw my husband and I by the pool brought over beach towels and vase of flowers. The room was super cute retro beach vibe. Bed wasn’t pillow top standard mattress, fluffy pillows which isn’t my style but I completely understand you can’t have memory foam pillows in a hotel environment. Location was great we walked to the beach, drove closer to downtown for dinner and shopping which is less than 2 miles away. Didn’t swim in pool, very clean. Overall very pleased with our stay and would recommend anyone to visit. We were visiting from CT looking to buy a home in town while trying to make a vacation out of it and it sure did!

The location is wonderful, very close to South Beach and several nice restaurants. Parking was good at the property. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms need to have the bathrooms refurbished - were useable but in poor shape.
