Very kind and welcoming. Helped us with luggage and brought choices of a free bottle of wine. Great coffee machine with a variety thats very good coffee! Cold water machine. Left fresh supplies at door just in case we needed them when we were out. Very thoughtful!

We found the facility safe and convenient and had easy parking while we stayed. It was an older facility, but was well kept. The shower was a highly misted shower, which we found unusual, but did minimize water usage. There were no tissues to use. The Service was satisfactory, but only included removal of trash and change of towels. Making the bed after use would have improved our evaluation. We generally think CA and Palm Springs is well over-priced for the lodging, dining, fuel and taxes expended.

Stayed here for 1 night and was good. The room was clean. The hotel also offered free breakfast at a near by restaurant. It was also great. Friendly and helpful front desk person.

Typical motel, facilities minimal, not a hotel resort, but they still charge an additional resort fee, there is a pool but very small, no jacuzzi, I only stayed for one night here as my hotel could not accommodate me. The room is adequate and clean, bathroom small, WiFi works well. As it’s on the 111 it’s very noisy, with no double glazing. Breakfast was included, but is only for a $7 voucher and is not on site but at another restaurant down the street so you need a car, breakfast will still cost you $20 inc voucher so their claim it includes breakfast is false. The main problem was lack of electrical power in the room, it was off, they did switch it on but it tripped off again, and again and again, I gave up complaining and just went to bed without power as I just needed to sleep, however the room was unserviceable, and as such should not have been offered, no refund was offered, based on this, the room was not satisfactory and should not be chargeable

What a pleasant stay! Calming retro vibe with nice updates and good upkeep on an older property. The staff was helpful and accommodating. Good links with the local community as well. Would recommend!

Beds were comfy. Rooms were average. Noisy gate slamming and the dog in the next room was annoying. Plenty of room at the pool.

Small property but attentive owners and staff. They bent over backwards to accommodate staying in one room after extending stay with a second reservation (only way on Expedia). They prefer text communication but respond immediately. Very nice experience.

You can only check in from 3-9. It is on a noisy road but they’ve done a good job trying to hide the noise with a water feature. The breakfast is at a nearby restaurant. The parking lot is a strange shape and somewhat hard to access. We don’t plan to stay here again.

Staff were wonderful at making sure our visit was pleasant. Affordable, clean accommodations, on the bus line, safe. We appreciated the coffee in the AM, quiet AC, and vouchers for breakfast. Shower was very loud but we were able to plan our showers to not wake up the other person. Overall, a great experience.

Great place to stay

Just a quick stay for a cheer competition, but it was perfect. Close to everything and the staff was soooo friendly and helpful. Loved the coffee/latte machine, hot water for tea and ice available 24/7. Wish we could have utilized the bikes, but didn't have time. For sure would stay here again.

Exterior of the property nice looking, lobby areas nice, great coffee machine in lobby!!! Room was very basic, kind of funky, but OK. No tissue box, so you have to blow your nose with toilet paper.

Bed and pillows were very comfy. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were very nice. A/C was a bit noisy.

The owners have put so much effort into decorating the property with unique and interesting Southwest California features. Warm colours and artwork throughout - making the most out of an older property. We really appreciated the included vouchers for breakfast at a nearby restaurant which was either a 10-minute walk or a 1-minute drive away. We looked forward to our breakfast at Rick’s every day. Staff member Allea looked after all of our requests and provided excellent service.

Husband and I stayed here for our 9th wedding anniversary. It was our first time visiting and came across this very cute hotel. It’s small but has lots of charm and personal touch. We were greeted by a young lady who was very helpful and walked us to our room. Our room was very clean, and I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness. (It’s the #1 thing for me) This hotel checked all the boxes for me. The bed was also very comfortable and so were the pillows. I loved the colorful touch too. There’s a pool you can use but we didn’t get a chance to do so since we were out and about. In the hallway in the building there’s a coffee machine you can use for free, so I really enjoyed getting some coffee in the mornings and evenings. We were given some food vouchers for free breakfast at a nearby restaurant, but I am not sure if this applies to all stays. I also liked that the entire hotel is gated and you need a code to get in, it made it feel very safe. Parking is just outside and accessible. And the price was more than reasonable. Overall, we loved staying here and will be back in the future!

My only negative is that our stay was to short to be able to really enjoy this property completely. Both host/hostess greeted us with kindness that made me feel I was part of their extended family even as it was minutes up to closing after a long holiday weekend. This is a cute, unique special little hideaway that will now be one of my travel homes whenever I find myself driving between Phoenix and Los Angeles or if we plan a Palm Springs adventure . Thank you dearly!

Friendly stay , clean & convenient

The front desk staff were rude. I had a couple of questions for them regarding the pet fee and other charges for access to the gym and pool and their response was to cancel my reservation and advise me to go get a room elsewhere. Just for asking questions! I called my son who made the reservation for me and as I waited for his call back, the female staff changed her mind and told me she would check me in. I asked to see the room and was taken to a smoke filled disgusting room that was unclean. We headed back to the office and before I could even utter a word she told me I could take it or leave it, as if she knew I was disgusted ny the room. I asked if there was any other room since I am sensitive to smoke and she told me I could find go elsewhere again. I advised her that the reservations was non refundable on hotels.com and she responded by stating I could call hotels.com and request a refund. I told her since my son made the reservation and had not called me back yet, I would need to wait to speak with him first before leaving. While waiting another 15 minutes, she finally offered a different room. What a terrible experience from a hospitality staff that was far from hospitable if not down right nasty. The second room was decent but I will never go back to this establishment and advise others to stay away. Both male and female staff are rude and unprofessional.

I was not aware of the resort fee of 18.95 for both of us. The inn was perfect so I did not mind the fee.

OMGosh the Inn at Palm Springs has to be the friendliest and most accommodating place I have stayed in a very long time. I really loved the way the ownders of the property will text or email me with words of welcome and kindness offering up anything that I need to make my stay more enjoyable. I will stay at this lovely Inn every time I visit from here forward. What a wonderful little slice of heaven this place (and its owners) were to me.

Great hotel for families with small kids (garden area, small gated pool). The staff was really nice and we felt very welcomed. The room was lovely (floor could have been cleaner, that’s really my only complaint). Quiet at night. Breakfast was at Ricks, not far from the hotel and was very generous. We will come back.

Owners take pride in this property, which is not high-end, but comfortable and extremely well cared for. Comfortable bed, the large room and bathroom both amazingly clean.

Nice room for a quick family onernight stay

The owners of this property are husband and wife and they immediately make you feel right at home and like you are an extended part of their family. You could tell how much they care for their property and the happiness of their guests. I checked in simply expecting a decent place to lay my head during Coachella, and these guys made our stay so much more relaxed and enjoyable. My husband and I had such a good trip because of our accommodations. Stay here!!

Solid stay overall. Was nice that my mom and I could use the bikes to ride into downtown for some food and drinks and I also loved being able to fill my gallon jug with more purified water before our San Jacinto hike.
