The first room we were assigned had a nasty smell, no tv service and there was a dead bug in the toilet. We were immediately moved next door and the room was clean, no odor, comfortable beds and good water pressure in the shower. Construction near property results in a less than appealing PPO presence of the property. Not quite what you would expect for the Holiday Inn brand

It was unfortunate that the elevator was out of order 2 of the 3 days we stayed.

Unfortunately the elevator broke, requiring all our Motorcycle having to be brought down the stairs. 6 extra runs with heavy luggage.

Breakfast without fruit. Water in pool cold!

Stayed at the hotel because it was half way to home and it was 1) overpriced and 2) the hot tub didn’t work and that’s the only reason we stayed there. The kids were super disappointed and we would have just driven the rest of the way home! VERY misleading.

Hotel was amazing. Staff there was helpful, seemed a bit outdated, but we enjoyed our stay.

Good place to stay in Globe. Good complimentary breakfast and friendly staff.

Older. Not kept up. Looked neglected. Lobby smelled like pot.

Visiting family and a wedding

The man working the front desk when we arrived, Will, was so nice and professional. The hotel was very clean and quiet. The pool and spa were broken and staff did not know when it would be fixed.

We always stay here when in Globe and the staff is very helpful and very friendly but lately the rooms, elevator and lobbies have been dirty. Our room this last time had a huge stain on the carpet the mirrors were smeared and there was dirt and hair in the sink. Until this time it has always been a great experience and the staff is amazing need to work on cleanliness it has gone down hill.

It was okay but the place is not being take care of. Furniture paint is deteriorating and the walls needs painting. Towels were rough and not fluffy. Could not get a late check out since we booked thru Hotels.com

Bathroom so so but so dirty , WC seems somebody uses before I got there cause it had little pieces of paper after somebody clean his ass , so disappointed and very disgusting

The toilet did not work so we had to flush manually by taking the lid off and pulling up the level. The flush handle was broken and would not pull up the level. There were beetles (small black water bugs and small kissing beetles climbing on the wall inside our room. When walking into the lobby it seemed the place was in a remodel and quiet until a staff member came out from the back. Not the same hotel I stayed at a few years ago.

Will at the front desk!!! 10 stars! So welcoming and helpful! The beds and pillows were so comfortable after a long day of traveling to be able to relax soundly!

Check in was horrible. No one at desk and another person already waiting. Finally lady appears from back rooms behind desk and comes out telling guy she’s trying to get him situated. Disappears again. Reappears 7-10 minutes later. Checks me in since I have reservations. No eye contact “just sign here.” I ask about luggage carts “guests group here took them to rooms, haven’t seen carts all day. Stepped in elevator and on our floor, both reeked of marijuana. Cleaning staff were right around corner with loud music playing, talking loud and when I stepped around the corner the one in the hallway was eating! She apologized and later came out of the room they were cleaning still eating and with a puppy that ran down the hallway and into another open room. She commented she needed to take him outside for potty break and to play. Asked them about carts,”haven’t seen them on 2nd or 3rd floor. So we ended up hauling all our luggage etc up in several trips. No one would go to those guests rooms and retrieve carts. After getting our things in, turned in tv, “ remote wasn’t programmed to tv”, after trying to trouble shoot it ourselves, called front desk and different remote was brought but she said batteries were dead and they were looking for some. I mentioned maybe a outage had knocked tv offline since the bedside clock was flashing. She said they’d had outage 2 weeks ago but she and the cleaning crew didn’t know how to reset them (a basic digital clock, buttons on top). ?

The location of the property was in a good location for the reason of why I was in Globe. Our room wasn’t in the greatest shape when we arrived. One of the beds were not made. Lamp stand and desk were not wiped down well.

It’s was ok just overall had ac which was good n had breakfast in the morning. But they didn’t have no fruits at all the whole weekend I was there so they should have some kind of fruit for breakfast. The pool needs to be cleaned the water stink. But some little minor things but had a good time overall

The overall experience was fine except our air conditioner made so much noise we couldn't sleep.

Bathroom could have been better and my room had an adjoining door to another room and they kept trying to open it.
