The room was a budget room but staff and location to pub and shops great would stay again 👍

In desperate need of new beds. Feel the springs, very squeaky bed. No power points for use of kettle and toaster. Call it budget stay for sure

The hotel was great and a great place to eat

We ate our dinner at sport bar. The price was reasonable and the food was good. Easy access to the venue and the staff members were friendly.

Good basic accomodation in Morwell

This was the 2nd time l have stayed and have trouble checking in. They could not find my booking and proof of payment. Otherwise the room comfortable and clean.

The room was nice and clean and staff were very helpful and friendly. The only fault was that there was no electric blankets on the beds, no light over the tea & coffee area and pain chips on the cupboards.

The bed was very nice, the bathroom was good and the beer was cold.

The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. Great stay and price for an Easter weekend. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent facility, reasonably priced which helps, friendly staff & very well maintained seriously happy with my 2 night stay.

A microwave to help in the breakfast time could be a good addition.

Great except no light or power in entrance where kettle and toaster are and tap over bathroom sink only cold water and timed so it has to continue to be pressed to run

Property was clean, but so tired and dated. It was conveniently situated for easy access to Churchill campus.

Whilst is was a quick & easy to book, there is a lot of room for improvement. A bit shady whilst checking in late with the TAB patron's in full swing. Parking was spacey and sufficient. Room was on the tired side needing a good revamp and refresh. Single bed the caster wheel was missing making the bed unstable. The comforters really needed a wash and floors cleaned properly (we found rubbish under bed from previous guests). The Showers were hot. Sufficient tea/coffee/sugar/biscuit selection with long life milk in fridge, however the kettle plug doesn't quite reach the power point making it unstable and unsafe to boil. WiFi was non existent which was one of the reason we booked.

booked two rooms and only received one, had to pay extra room for stay. hotel staff blames expedia.com.au, who knows !

Cheap rooms cheap booze soft beds. What more could you possibly need?
