I wish the hotel would place me in a quieter area as I requested. The manager insisted the room by the stairs and elevator is quiet. No it is not at all. Also, the installation is very poor, we could hear everything from the next guests, a cough, a sneeze, doing their business in bathroom, flushing toilets, conversations….. however, other facilities are good, it is in a very beautiful area.

Cannot wait to go back! This will be the only hotel we choose to stay at when visiting Clemson. Absolutely LOVED every single thing about it and the staff is incredible too!

2 things altered my stay. A large cockroach/palmetto bug crawled on me while sleeping. I live in SC and have never had one crawl on me while sleeping. Ever. It took a while, but I was able to find it and squash it. It’s that what you want to do from 3-4am?
Then the alarm clock went off at 5:00am. It was dark so I couldn’t read the tiny print on how to turn it off. I erroneously hit snooze instead of iff. So on the second alarm I was just up for the day… after a poor night sleep from chasing cockroaches. Why would they have alarm clocks like that? And who even uses alarm clock anymore? Cell phones and front desk are the norm. If youre going to have alarm clocks that have a unique way of turning on/off then the cleaning staff should turn them off after each and every guest. I will not be back because life is too short to stay in hotels that do the bare minimum.
Oh, and the place was furnished from grandmas attic. Pristine condition but looks like it’s from an old Golden Corral restaurant.
Very quiet hotel. Appears clean and new but furniture looks like it’s straight from the 80s.

This was a wonderful hotel… the only issue is that someone had set the alarm to go off at 5am on a Saturday and I could not go back to sleep!

Had to visit Clemson during the summer and picked this hotel. Beautiful views while relaxing at the pool. Delicious salads also at the restaurant. Great service at the Starbucks in the lobby - that employee was so awesome!!

We had a great experience! The room was lovely, comfortable, & very clean. The customer service was excellent! My family really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The location was ideal. We were in Clemson for Dabo Swinney’s Youth Football Camp and it took 5-7 minutes to drive to the facilities . We will definitely stay there in the future.

My husband and I were thoroughly impressed from the moment we arrived. Lots of parking, well-manicured landscaping, friendly front desk attendant. The facilities are impeccable; our room was clean and comfortable, and overlooked the pool, with a view of the lake just beyond. Everywhere we looked there was another detail to appreciate - management seems to have thought of everything. We will definitely book again for our next Clemson graduation visit!

Beautiful property, clean and updated rooms, excellent staff. My daughter and I arrived very late after a long day of travel. I called the hotel to let them know we were coming in late and the staff was so gracious and nice. Fantastic example of excellent customer service for the hospitality industry.

Everything was great but we were disappointed that the restaurant was closed on Easter. Otherwise he location was convenient to Clemson and the rooms and staff were great.
