It was a short stay where we pull off during heavily rain evening. Booking through Hotels.com was almost instantly connected with the hotel. Staff is well prepared like expecting our arrival long ago. Impressive staff! We booked delux room however got free upgrade to Junior Suits which is newly refurbish I guess, really nice of that. Stay was pleasant. Just a few points for the hotel attention:-1) There were no slippers provide?2) no bath rob too3) Drinking glasses & toiletries were only one set ? 4) Towels are too old not presentable. It looks like rugs on floors @_@

Manager is kind enough to call and confirm my booking as well as giving some information about the parking and check in services. Service was okay, however the guest did not get any Drinking water bottles in the room. Wasnt a good experience for the guest who is thirsty. We are happy that The breakfast is provided. However, food provided arent up to the hotel standard. Scones tasted like stones. Pancakes cold and tough. The coffee and drinks provided was the only pleasant experience we got from the breakfast. Hopefully crystal crown could improve and do much better as a 4 star hotel. Please improve!

Spacious room. Good breakfast choice. Old hotel but rooms well maintained. Shower cubicle in my room does not flow into the drainage hole as the angle of the slope of the floor is not sloping towards the drainage area so there is always a huge puddle of water which I find annoying.

The location is good and the room is spacious

The hooked the property quite last minute but when we arrived, we didn’t have to wait for long to get our room. We stayed at the executive suite and there was a nespresso machine provided with two complimentary espresso capsules. The room was neat, bright and clean. Loved the sheets and pillow. Downside is, we could hear the corridors. Kids running and shouting in the morning. Complimentary breakfast choices were ok, usual typical, not anything beyond expectations. Location wise, it was pretty close to the place we are having an event which is at The Grounds, KL. Overall, everything was good. Would prefer a brighter lighting in the toilet for makeup.

Front desk service was excellent. Other than that I would not want to come back. Lobby air conditioner was hot and I don’t think all air conditioner were on. Bed sheets stink, pillow cases too. I was shocked to have found a lady panties hung in the cupboard when I opened it. I guess the housekeeping didn’t perform their job up to mark. The hotel isn’t willing to call me a cab for my travel 45 minutes later. I can’t figure out why. Upon checking out, the counter was just about to cash in their till. I waited for long for my deposit to be returned and it took ages. So I went to the breakfast to grab a drink n came back. The hotel shouldn’t be rated 4 stars as indicated on their plaque at the reception. This is the worst hotel ever I’ve stayed for the year. Will not consider this hotel again anymore.

Location wasn't so convenient. Hotel is also a tad dated although the rooms themselves were quite well maintained. The buffet breakfast was ruined by a horde of tourist groups - there was literally no food left and people were eating straight from the buffet table! Unfortunately there probably wasn't much the hotel staff could do with that.

For your information, those room book from Expedia, your room may not provided with toothbrush and shaver.

I actually booked the hotel on an incorrect date unknowingly. The hotel neglected to call me to inform me that I was NO SHOW and I was not aware until when I was about to board my plane to Kuala Lumpur. Upon checking with Expedia staff Dewang today 11/2, he informed me that Crystal Crown refused to accomodate and help me at all stating I was NO SHOW. My question here is why Cyrstal Crown did not even bother to give me a call or let me know that I was NO SHOW, it just goes to show that customer service is not in Crystal Crown’s dictionary and I am very disappointed with that attitude of theirs for rejecting to even help a bit. As for Expedia Stadf Dewang, thank you for your assistance and help. I know it is hard for you and I appreciate the help that you have given to me.

Nice hotel and very comfortable stay

Fairly comfortable. Big room, reasonably clean. Has a safe box for valuables which was useful. Linen provided for the bathroom could be improved. WiFi was fast.

The check in should be at 2 pm. But when I arrived at the hotel at 5 pm, the room was still not ready. I have to wait for 1 hour to get into the room. The previous customer just check out. How could they let it to happen? What about if I reached the hotel at 2 pm?

Clock at gym center not working and no drinking water supply as water container empty.

Floor is dirty

Computers were down which resulted in late check in. Which should not be an excuse. Shower cubicle leaks which then creates a puddle in the dry area. I've stayed here numerous times but this particular issue seems to persist in almost every room. They need to fix this
