We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was clean and organized. The on-site manager was so friendly and helpful. It would have been nice to have had access to vending machines and an ice machine.

My new favorite in Wilton Manors! Steps from The Drive yet a world away when you’re inside with an Ibiza meets Mykonos vibe. It’s a perfect blend of low key elegance and convenience, beautifully maintained with a helpful and friendly staff!

Booked a stay again in October for the boyfriend. The pools were awesome, the layout allowed for guests to creat community if they wanted too. Staff was great, Wilson was on point! And thanks to Michael for keeping the place looking sharp.

My experience was amazing. Great area, definitely a hidden gem. The room was so clean and set up beautifully. The owner was on site and super helpful and friendly. I'm definitely going back. You will not be disappointed.

Beautiful property, excellent location and very friendly and attentive staff!!! I highly recommend the Island Inn to anyone looking for a tropical oasis with a casual elegance and the most convenient walkability to the best of Wilton Drive! Alex the host was responsive, accommodating and very welcoming, and Michael the manager was so sweet and helpful but always professional. The entire property was just beautiful and clean…my partner and I travel to Wilton Manors often and we have found our new favorite home away from home!!!

Very comfortable

Pool area was attractive and well kept. My room was quite dated and weathered. The refrigerator was broken with a pool of water in the freezer section. The bed was squeaky with poor support.

It is so quaint and nice. Beautiful gardens ( I am a gardener so appreciate the effort!) and rooms are very clean and well appointed. Staff is very nice and helpful.

I love this place! the location is great everything is walking distance to the bars and restaurants I would stay here again.

Found blood stains in the bed sheets and the toilet wasn’t clean and had feces under the lid.

Excellent location.

This was great. Parking was easy, so was check-in. The room was clean and spacious. Had a fridge and microwave. The pool area was super big and well decorated. Only down part was the temperatura outside was 105 degrees and the air conditioner had to put it at full blast. But once nightfall came the room got cool down. Would stay again hands down if I could.

Nobody was in the office when I arrived. The door was locked and no one was answering the phone. I sat outside for 30 minutes before a worker pulled up and found someone the assist me. Then I found out that my room was not on the property but about two streets over and needed to walk over there.

The rooms are always very clean and crisp. It’s a veery comfortable place and the staff is always helpful and friendly. Highly recommend

Hotel never responded to my calls, emails or messages

When I got to the hotel, they told me that I needed to pay extra to stay there because my reservation was somewhere else.

The drain in the shower smelled like sewer something terrible. Made the whole room smell.

The staff are willing to help you with anything

The property is fine. When I checked in the power in my room was out so I had no air conditioning and it was extremely hot.and I sat and waited for at least an hour and half. FInally they gave me another room with electric and air but the TV was not working and the Mgr. said it would be fixed but it wasn't. After paying extra for another room I still had no TV. Very dissapointed !!

I’ve never stayed at a hotel that felt like I was at the sleaziest of used car dealerships before. Every interaction with the front desk was seen as another opportunity to try and scam and dishonestly get another penny. From my initial call when I asked the price and got a sales pitch and then asked what my best offer was to when I tried ti check in and was told the reservation was for the next night which it wasn’t. Then the room class sold wasn’t available then they tried to have me cancel my booking because of that and rebook me in the room that was at a much higher price because I wouldn’t tell them what I paid hotels.com. Then I did and suddenly they would match that price for the one night but not the second. Every question I asked got me the sales pitch on how great they were again and a fresh attempt to try confuse the situation with misinformation that was inconsistent apart from the higher price which was constant. Eventually I told them they could take the same rate as I paid for the second night or nothing and that I would be arriving in 20 min to stay in the room I had booked and since they didn’t have that open I’d take the charge room they had open instead which turned out to be bigger but totally not what I wanted since it was a separate off property guesthouse without any of the amenities that had been cheaply split in two. If you stay here and shake hands with the staff be sure to count your fingers afterwards.

The room i had had bugs all over it when i woke up ghe first morning. Management ignored me.

Amazing stay. Convenient and quiet at same time. I stayed off property of the inn and it was surprisingly better. In my opinion. The privacy and the local feel made me comfortable and i would definitely book again.

Pros: Overall pleasant stay in a fabulous location just off Wilton Drive. If you’re just going for a visit to Wilton, no need to rent a car because everything is in walking distance. Beautiful landscaped gardens /pools and clean rooms. Cons: some of the furniture was dated/nicked and the floors, although clean and ceramic, were covered in a very slippery substance. Last concern was that for the two nights we were there, at least one of the rooms in the back appeared to be used as an “hourly” room for sex work. It didn’t bother me, I actually made pleasant conversation with some of the women who were working. But I could see how that could make some uncomfortable and potentially be a security risk as their clients were coming through the resort area at all hours. In summary, there are definitely pros and cons, but for the value and location I would definitely stay again.
