It was okay they charged me for 3 people when it says 2 beds sleep up to 4 and the keptd knocking on my door for no reason . Shower was broken

They gave us a smoking room because they didn't have any more; the bathroom and the tub looked so old that we didn't even want to use them. The next day we managed to get a new room, it’s conditions were a little better. We only stayed two days.

Outside door didn’t seem secure. Latch on door broken. Beds hard and noisy. Bathroom door didnt close all the way unless shoved. Jacuzzi function didnt work. Neighborhood seemed unsafe.

Checked in on Friday and was met with a friendly desk clerk named Nick. He was very polite and made sure that everything was okay. Place was very clean and at night it is quiet outside.

Yeah, I've stayed there before. It's not in the best area, it's off of US1 in a not-so-nice part of town. But the property itself is really nice, clean, and well-maintained. The staff is friendly too. And for the price, it's a great deal, especially for salesmen like me.

The staff at this motel are always hard a work making sure everything is taken care of.

It's unbelievable what these ppl are charging. Fake pictures on hotel.com, room looked absolutely nothing like the pictures. A drug paraphernalia straw on our door mat. But the cherry on top: the first night it was $58, so the next morning, I'm waiting to hear my work schedule, so I wasn't sure if I was going to stay, at 10:40, I asked for a late check out til noon, so an hour, he tells me he'll give me 30 minutes. When I rebook for now $70/night, he tells me I've booked through a cheaper, 3rd party site, and if I want to remain in my room, I'll have to pay another $20. Otherwise, I'll have to check out and wait with all my stuff outside, I til check in at 3. This is for a terrible roach infested room with shattered lamp shades, burn marks on the tub, terrible towels, broken & empty shampoo/conditioner dispensers, stained sheets, flat pillows, and don't get me started on the blankets on the bed. $100 for an F grade room? At $70, that doesn't even buy me to stay in the room after being there one night. The one guy was incredibly unfriendly when I checked in, and it's safe to say, I'll never stay there again . AND, there was a woman in the lobby who clearly knew the guy behind the counter, and she's trying to promote the place by lying to me, telling me that the cheaper hotels that I knew for a fact were $43-$53 a night- she was telling me they would charge me $120. So that's the kind of ppl you'll find at the Emerald Inn. I strongly do not recommend.

Very Dirty. Sheets had dirt in them. A/C did not work properly. “Breakfast” was Little Debbie. My whole family ended up getting sick after staying here.

Great room for great price! Will definitely stay again. It’s near everything. Dunkin, McDonald’s, Walmart, Wawa, Circle K, Dollar Tree, several restaurants all in walking or short 2 minute drive distances. I was comfortable. Great lighting. I take a lot of pictures lol

Was close to the hospital, updated rooms, quiet and nice shower with plenty of hot water and pressure. The staff was very helpful

When double checking for cleanliness of the room, we found dead roaches under the bathroom sink. The water in the tub did not drain properly and water was spring on the ceiling. When asked for extra towels and washcloths, the front desk was hesitant. There was water leaking on the floor and we were not sure where it came from. We had the room over the office, so it was quite noisy with the door, slamming constantly. There were people arguing outside to the point where we almost called the cops. Overall, this time staying at this hotel was not the greatest. We stayed here on our previous visits and they were better. Not sure where this decline came from. Most likely will not to stay here anymore.

We completely enjoyed our stay at Emerdo Inn. I would highly recommend this establishment snd I am extremely picky about bugs snd cleanliness. My only l3ss thall
