The views were beautiful. We stayed in a tiny home which was cozy and very functional. It had a stovetop with plenty of cooking and serving dishes and a set of silverware for 3 people. We were able to base our mountain adventure here so well! It was easy to find good food in the area and most of the ski resorts are within a half hour drive. The facility is behind a gate and we felt very safe. We are definitely looking to stay here again during our next mountain getaway.

Staying in a tiny house was fun for the family and it was comfortable, but I do have a couple of issues. For one thing there was no place to setup my CPAP machine in the main bedroom. I had to create a shelf for it with some soda cases and it barely fit. Also no place in the bedroom to plug it in, so had to run the cord from the kitchen. Also the kitchen light didn’t work. Mainly though, the toilet in the house smelled very bad.

My son and I had a lot of fun playing ping pong ball and sitting in the hot tub. He made new friends on the playground and rode his bike all over. I think "full kitchen" was an exaggeration because there was not a microwave or oven but we still had a blast and would definitely come stay again!

I like the swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, fitness, and game rooms. Nice place to spend time when it is cold and rainy outside.

We tried the tiny house living for an experience with our family. It was pretty tight with 5 of us, but our children absolutely loved it. My son wants us to buy a tiny home now.

Nice cottage. We had the one with queen bed and bunk beds. Don’t know where you would put luggage if you had 4 people as no place to put anything. Only 2 is us so we put our suitcases on bunk bed

Room does NOT come with a microwave despite what the listing on this website says. On site-staff was amazing, friendly, accommodating, but only a few hours after check in we discovered a black mold on every window. Seal on toilet was also broken, it smelled like rotting corpse. After hours phone line was dead. For our health and safety, we packed up and left only 4 hours after checking in. Reached out to property management later, Jerry Stotler, first he said what we "visualized" was, "somewhat harmless" .... very comforting. And then in the very next sentence said, "perception of moisture related discoloration." We have tons of photos and videos, it was MOLD. Not discoloration. When I asked him to clarify what "somewhat harmless" meant, he has failed to yet give me a response. I also know what a well-system Sulphur-like scent smells like, and the bathroom/toilet was NOT that. We were told we could have a refund, still waiting to see the proof of that. Piss poor management has killed this place for us, caring more about trying to save their butts then fessing up to what they did wrong, apologizing and learning from and fixing it. You think with all their on-site amenities they could afford keeping their rooms mold free and beds that don't feel like they're older than I am.

I liked having the gated property to access. We were staying there for ease of visiting with family. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well supplied with coffee pot and toaster. The bathroom is extremely small, you can turn around but if your tall difficult to sit on toilet comfortably.

We stayed in the tiny home "Zoe" for a couple days for our a mountain fall get-a-way. The cabin was charming, though strangely laid out. It's true that this little place had to fit a lot in it's square footage, but there were some challenges. The first floor bed area was like squeezing through a birth canal to get into - great for small kids as long as you don't have to convince them to come out! Lol. Also, the stove top is induction, so make sure any pots and pans you might bring yourself will work on an induction burner, as there is NO other source of cooking heat except the coffee pot! If you use the shower in the cabin, get right in, turn off the water to lather, and get right out. There is enough "warm" water for one shower at a time, and no "hot" water. There is a community campground shower next door. The competing heating instructions in the cabin need to be updated - which unit, and what method. This place is a great jump off point for so many excursions in the area. It is, however, part of a much larger Thousand Trails property and right off of the highway, so you can hear trucks and traffic clearly. The staff were helpful and friendly, although we were awkwardly present for a few situations during our brief stay that probably not meant for guest awareness. Hard to contain when the reservation counter is also the store and vendor transaction area. Overall our stay was charming and manageable, and yours will be, too if you know what to expect.

First time in a tiny house. Added to our list of one-time experiences.

I'll start off by saying we've been staying here a couple times a year for the past ten years. I do really like it here. In January we stayed at a small cabin, they have not been kept up, the new heater goes off at night. Some bedroom doors won't shut, last year I was locked in twice for about ten minutes, One cabin had a gap in the wall about an inch thick. We take a white noise machine or fan to cover the noise from the road which is bad. The WIFI has been down- since the fire they said which was in Sept and no one told me either time. The main area has WIFI so this makes no sense. The weren't very nice when I called about it. The deluxe cabins only have a kitchenette with a microwave, not a full kitchen. The water in the sink smells of sulfur really bad, if you fill the coffee put and set it on the counter it's fine for coffee but I wouldn't drink it. The beds in the deluxe cabins are nice and the TV is great. The pool are was closed. We were allowed in the rec room by appointment only, which didn't stop other people from coming in. There was no sanitizing of that rec room that I could see and no hand sanitizer was out. It was nice to have a bathroom in the bigger cabin. The shared restrooms on our last visit were cleaned on Thursday and not again before we left on Sunday. I'd think that they'd have to have Covid policies but there didn't seem to be any.

I spent 3 days in one of the Tiny Homes while skiing at Mount Hood. The location was perfect as it’s only 15-20 mins up the mountain to the ski resorts. The Tiny home really is Tiny, I would say smaller than an RV but it had everything I needed. Just bear this is mind if you have any big guys in your group - they won’t have much space to turn around in the shower! There is a two burner cook top, fridge & sink & every type of coming utensil your could need so I was able to cook whatever meals I needed. I stayed in the ‘Atticus’ Tiny Home which was really clean & has cute decor. There is a TV with a small table, 2 stools & 1 comfy chair. If there had been more than one person we would have been fighting over the comfy chair! Outside there is a picnic table & BBQ which I would have used if the weather was warmer. This would be cozy for a couple who don’t need their own space & even though there is a second bed for another person or kid I cannot imagine 3 people being able to exist in that Tiny Home! There are 5 tiny homes & Atticus is one of the smaller ones, there were a couple that seemed bigger that would be good for 2 adults & 2 kids, so check the size before you book. The resort has a lot to offer usually but due to Covid times everything was closed except for the little store which is well stocked with necessities & you can rent DVDs. Usually there is a pool, playground, lodge with a pool table, ping pong & foozeball. I would definitely visit again, great value.

We stayed in the tiny house Scarlett. It was a very cute house although the layout was a bit different compared to other tiny houses we stayed in. It did show some signs of wear but over all very nice.

Bathroom odor was just horrible!!!!!......Light in down bed did not work!!!!!......When told front worker He just said “I will let them k ow”......Not an apology or nothing!!!!!

Stayed in deluxe cabin- had private bath, kitchenette, and linens. Super cute and WIFI enabled me to work part of the day. FYI- no stove top and like others said water is a little sulfury- so bring bottled water to drink. Water was not so bad that shower was impacted though. Wood nearby are terrific for running and hiking.

We enjoyed our stay. The front desk employees were all very helpful and friendly. The grounds are well maintained. We stayed in a tiny house, Zoe. It's very cute and well made. We weren't prepared for just how tiny it was though. There's no where to sit and watch tv except at the table but it's not very comfortable sitting on stools for more than a few minutes. Also the only door is on the bathroom so if you need privacy to change clothing thats your only option but it's a tight squeeze. We were happily surprised that there is wifi in the tiny houses unlike what was stated in the description. Overall we had a nice stay.

Easy check-in/check-out. Clean facilities and short drive to Government Camp. Cabin has plenty of amenities for “camping”.

Very lovely little, tucked away place to stay in the woods. The tiny house was very new and smelled just like the wood the walls and ceiling were made out of. The kitchenette had a microwave, coffee pot and some little dishes-coffee cups too. Bring filtered water and coffee. The water was very mineral and understandably so-we are on the side of a volcano.
