We were just in over one night. Breakfast was top of the line. Staff courteous and helpful. The motel was in the middle of renovation. The room was beautiful but little things of cleanliness and things not yet done was evident.

The room had carpet that was nasty. It was deeply stained with paint splatters. The room smelled of mold. The staff would not move us! Despite the parking area being largely empty, they claimed there were no rooms. It was unacceptable. I will no longer use your service if this is the result.

Property was a mess.

I travel back and forth to California and stay in many hotels. My favorite is a sleep in & suites is Elk city Oklahoma. So i figured is try this one in Meridian ! Not even similar this place was a dump very dirty abs poor condition. I set my alarm for breakfast thinking of whatI'm used to in Oklahoma ! Great disappointment ! Had waffle maker w no batter no milk juice or cereal only some scrambled eggs and over cooked sausage patties. The other facility is super clean w the best breakfast out there on the road. I always get there kinda late and they give me a 1:00 checkout time. I would NOT WANNA stay at this site that long. Big disappointment. It won't allow me to add photos for some reason

If you have breathing issues, allergies or fragrance sensitivities, you might consider another location. To be fair, they are updating the facility. Once you get past the lobby, the carpets have been ripped up on the 1st and 2nd floors. I did not see the 3rd floor. The elevator had not been cleaned in a while. My room had been freshly renovated with new, very smelly carpet and fresh paint. The shower was ok but needed attention in the corners. Two of the lamps in my room didn't work and at least 1 outlet had no power. Yes, I tested wall switches and other outlets. The socket in one bedside lamp appeared broken inside the housing. There are no drinking cups in the room. Breakfast was unremarkable. I had a day old biscuit.

Basically they are polishing a turd. Hotel just needs to be torn down and rebuilt. It is under renovations and there are signs stating this. Alot things were broken the ice machine on the 3rd floor, the shower head, the coffee machine in the room. The water pressure was non existent. There was a dirty towel left in a drawer. There was a very distinct rotten smell in the hallway and the room. The bed was way to hard like sleeping on the floor. But.... The staff was wonderful and helpful and very kind. For all the things that were amiss the $90.00 price tag on this hotel is ridiculous.

This hotel apparently is undergoing a renovation first of all. It was awful and a mess inside the room was not so nice. The carpet was spotty dirty. The bathroom lights are extremely dim just wasn’t up to par.

I liked how it was close to everything. I don’t like how dirty the shower was and the carpet had stains and the tv was low light. It also felt like there were bed bugs.

Higher ratings all around, but they’re renovating.

Hotel location was great for stopping for rest during a road trip. Staff was nice. Overall cleanliness was good but could have been better. Chairs in the lobby were dirty, carpet in the room was spotted and quite worn and the bed was hard but served its purpose.

Tb did not worked. Internet did not work. Tried to call reception, phone did not work. Called the hotel by phone, the person who attended said he did not know how to address the internet thing, neither the TV.

Arrived late, room was clean, bedding was clean, comfortable and nice. Restroom needed attention ie: toilet needed bolted to floor it was loose from floor. Other than that room was clean breakfast was included and free and bed was comfortable and price was right for a good night sleep.

Rooms was great it was Super clean on my visit. Bed was very comfortable. Love the pillows selections

It was great, our shower just wasn’t clean. There was still hair on the conditioner and shampoo dispensers. Also on the floor.

Excellent staff and very good breakfast. Recomended.

Expensive for what was offered: Trash running out of can at entrance, shower in room 203 had no hot water- when reported the lady at the desk was eating and didn't act like she was paying any attention. No milk or spoons out for cereal. Will not stay again.

Great stay

Traveling back from a group trip, just needed a break from driving. Clean and comfy. Just what we needed.

Nice hotel, traffic patterns around Meridian MS are terrible but not your fault

The shower had cold water there was no shower curtain up so all the water went on the floor for me to clean up..I asked for a shower curtain and my husband had to put it up The clerk came to look at the shower but she didn’t know why the water was cold , my husband is a mechanic and he figured out the shower head was on backwards but too late for me and my daughters We had driven 9 hrs and need a hot shower Then the fire alarm went off at 1:30 am false alarm but I couldn’t go back to sleep The phone in the room did not work so I couldn’t verify it was a false alarm Never Again!

I did not enjoy my stay at all. The room was not as clean as it should've been, there's big spots all over the bathroom wall, the lights didn't work when you walk in, the bathroom lights were so dim. The lamps and outlets on the nightstand didn't work at all, the sheets on 1 of the beds had spots on them. We had to go out and buy cleaning supplies to clean the room and tub properly. The fire alarm went off at 1:30 am, the walls were dirty, the toilet was very shaky and slanted, the water never got hot just warm and the water pressure was extremely low as well. I've stayed at several Sleep Inn's and none of them have ever been like this.

I room coffee pot didn’t work, tv remote wouldn’t lower volume, phone didn’t work, fire alarm at 1:30. Brk was fair. Dirty floors, beds were ok.

The shower floor and 1/4 way up the floor needed a good SOS pad to it.

Room was very clean and front desk helpful. Nice selection of pillows on the bed.

Filthiest carpeting and furnishings I have ever seen in any hotel/motel. I have pictures.
