The staff was very friendly. The room was spacious and the access to Hwy 5 and the airport was great!
This was my first time traveling with my senior Dad. We needed a room spacious enough for him to move around with his walker. The large bathroom and shower bench were amazing! We will stay here again!

We stay at Home2Suites all over the country, and expected the same quality stay at this location. Everything went downhill after check in. Room was dirty, shower curtain was stained and reaked of mildew, towels were thin and worn, mattress was caved in and bedding was scratchy. Walls were thin and we had noisy neighbors next door and above. No vent or fan in the bathroom and the AC units kept shutting off. Several times we returned to our room being hot. There are very few channels available on the TV, and some are "rating locked" when certain shows come on. I messaged the front desk the first evening and was asked if we wanted a new room. After i went through the trouble of cleaning ours myself, i declined. The front desk asked what our other issues were and i sent multiple messages back, only to be ignored. We would have checked out early, but the room type we needed wasnt available anywhere else at the last minute. We spent a small fortune on 3 nights here and it makes me sick to my stomach to think about how much we felt like that money was wasted. There was also people squatting in the parking lot in their vehicles with lighters going off all night, so we felt like we had to keep checking on our truck periodically. After bringing up issues again upon check out, we were later offered a consolation of a few thousand hilton reward points. We will never stay here again and recommend you dont either. This place is a joke.

The staff is wonderful!!! The room is clean and modern. The only complaint is that the pull out sofa bed mattress was HORRIBLE! I literally had springs popping up and ended up putting the sofa cushions on top of the awful mattress. Other than that, great overnight stay. Front desk staff could not have been better!

I have nothing negative to say about Home2suites by Hilton. Very clean environment with little perks but great service. Comfortable bed and kitchenette. Easy check in and check out. Close to the airport.

We travelled with 2 young kids (3 and 4). The staff were fantastic. Great attitude and service. Everyone was highly attentive and in a great mood. They gifted some treats to our young kids upon arrival. They accommodated early check-in and rooming us near our friends. Fei was lovely at check-in and check-out.
Our room felt huge, we got the 1 bedroom suite that had a separate living room. It was super clean.
The pool was a great experience.
Breakfast was better than expected for being complimentary. Something for everyone and the staff there went above and beyond to ensure everyone had something, even if they came 2 minutes before breakfast ending.
The trip was beyond my expectation and I look forward to visiting again!

The staff are great. Room and bed was comfortable. Only downfall was the pool and hot tub weren’t looking that clean. We had booked there specifically for that. There was a bunch of kids playing in there so maybe they spilled something or weren’t being clean in some way. Was a bit bummed out about that but otherwise our stay was good.

The property and staff are excellent except for the lack of healthy breakfast choices at the buffet. My family have allergy issues and we were forced to find a nearby breakfast restaurant with healthy ingredients and alternatives.

Our stay was good. Clean and nice room. King bed was extra comfortable. Pool was clean. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming but okay. The worst part was sleeping on the sofa bed. Please do your guests a favor and get some decent mattresses.

The lady at the front desk was super nice made our stay even better the room was clean and great! Wish they did have a bigger comforter it was very thin but the bed was comfortable and the pillows were soft that all I wish was that it was a bigger comforter besides that our stay was wonderful. Would definitely stay there again

The carpets in the hotel smell old, musty and like stinky feet or like they were cleaned with dirty water. They need to be replaced. It makes the property feel like a cheaper brand hotel when its actually pretty nice. The staff, amenities are really nice and rooms are very comfy.

We have stayed t several Home homes and have never been disappointed. Customer service is always friendly. The breakfast is good. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

Comfy room and liked the kitchen area. They advertise they have portable stoves to cook meals but they didn't have enough for all guests. I don't know why they advertise that because that is one of the reasons I decided to stay here with my family. You had to check in with receptionist to get one and they won't bring it to your room. You have to physically go to the front desk to obtain this amentity. :(

The free breakfast was pretty bland…. The staff seemed a little new, our check-in was a little rough. But the hotel is safe. We loved the pool and hot tub. The room is clean. You do have to let them know ahead of time if you want them to come clean your room more than once every five days.
