The amenities are very minimal: no coffee maker, iron, or hand towels in room. However, the staff are very, very kind and friendly!

Rooms are very basic. Walls are thin with people coming and going all day and night. Not a quiet place to stay. Smells of feces and disinfectant throughout hall ways. For a cheap price. You get what you pay for.

I had paid for a reservation and they didnt hold my room. I had to sleep outside. This is completly unacceptable.

To little, not good condition and to much noise

We did not like anything. No amenities what so ever. Staff was incompetent. Room was in disrepair "blinds broken, chipped paint. and no toilet seat lid". Rear door to the hotel. was broken, so anyone could access entry. Did not feel safe in the room. We were on the ground floor, so with the blind broken, anyone could see into the room. You gave this place a 3 and a half star. I would not give it even one star. would not ever stay there again.

I shopped nearby and could walk to and from the bus stop. The bed was a bit springy, but not too bad. Internet was excellent. TV options were pretty easy to access - as I watch a little. Black out curtains were not as good as I would have liked. Bathroom was good. Water really hot! That surprised. 4.5-6 out of 5.

Didnt care that alot of people had dogs they, it sucks get off work have a dog barking in the elevator

Well it was better than I expected based off all the bad reviews. But I probably will never stay here again for these reasons. 1 No pool 2 no breakfast not there fault I should have read the hotel Description before booking. 3. The sign says no smoking unless it’s 25 feet from the building yet we had to pass through a cloud of smoke every time we left or enter the building because they stood right in front of the doors smoking pretty sure they were smoking pot too as it is legal in Colorado and lastly I think it amazing this is a pet friendly hotel HOWEVER the do not have designated rooms, just for animals so the people who had our room before us could of had a dog or cat and we have no way of telling if the bed spread was washed or replaced before we checked in due to dog hair on on it. I love pet have 4 my self but my grandchild is allergic to pet hair which is way they have designated rooms or at least a designated floor, considering they have five floors. The check in staff was very nice and she was very polite.

There was some maintenance work going on at the hotel which led to some confusion about our reservation. The hotel staff did a great job finding us a different room type that worked perfectly for us. The area around the hotel is quiet and there is space to walk, or walk your dog. The hotel walls are a bit thin. You can hear neighboring rooms, but at night, the hotel was quiet. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable. Our rooms had refrigerators with freezers, microwaves, and cooktops. Note that there are no cooking pans/plates/cups/silverware etc. provided. The hotel does sell some of these items, but they are not in the rooms. Also, there is no coffee machine in the room.

When I arrived I was told that there were no rooms available and my reservation was cancelled

Awful. We left the key on the desk and walked out 1 minute after walking in room. Drove down the street amd got another hotel. People are living there, filthy, not an acceptable hotel for anyone with a standard on where they will lay their head. front desk clerk wasnt around, then shows up 10 min later with a major attitude. yes, I am a hotel snob and it showed at check in that I wasnt happy. Stay somewhere else!!!!!

This really was perfect for our needs but I was quite surprised that there are NO dishes or utensils, or coffeepot within the room. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars for the whole stay was there was some water damage in the bathroom and the flooring was loose. The beds, sheets, towels and pillows were clean and soft. Also, tgere was always someone available to help us woth requests. They also allowed late checkout so I could shower and not go back sweaty in the car.

DO NOT BOOK HERE! Booked 3 months in advance to get a good price. When I tried to check in the day of they said my reservation was cancelled yet it was shown active on hotels.com. I know how the hotel industry works. Woodspring Suites didn't like the price we were paying when the prices quadrupled that weekend for surround events. The hotel forcefully cancelled our reservation in order to gain profit to provide rooms at a higher cost. Unethical business practices, steer clear of this place. Hotels.com, if you can end a partnership with this hotel I would highly recommend it. If you are thinking about booking ahead of time and you see the Woodspring Suites at a good price, DO NOT BOOK! Make reservations elsewhere with a trusted chain. You may end up paying more elsewhere but it will give you peace of mind and a higher quality stay. Woodspring Suites has unethical business practices and can cancel your reservation at any given time. This hotel is shady and only cares about maximizing profits at any means possible and that means they'll throw their customers under the bus.

I wasn't assigned the reserved rooms and the staff was unfriendly.

The room was NOT at all what I expected looking at the photos. Bed was terrible. Room was noisy. Could hear people in the rooms & hallway. Asked to checkout early but wasn’t given a refund.

Remote to TV Didnt work and the staff too busy to deal with it

Employees are nice and welcoming. Stove available but we had to buy utensils, plates, pot and pan to cook.

I didn't realize this was also a live in hotel. the bed was on a spring frame. no dishes or coffee pot, this is an extra fee. During check-in the gentleman was bickering with another guest and was extremely short and rude. During check out there was no one at the front desk and there was a sign that said dial 500 for assistance. The front desk person said she would check me out, when I asked for a confirmation email, over 24 hours later I still don't have one. I would never stay here again and also on top of that I am thankful my kids were not with me this time.

I had a few workers come from Denver to help out with some construction we were doing in Grand Junction and booked a couple of rooms for them here. After the first night they complained to me about the hotel and how it was dirty and had a bad smell to it. They told me the pillows stunk like they had not been cleaned. There was barking dogs and lots of people that looked homeless hanging around the hotel. I had to book them rooms at another place and when I called the hotel I was told I could not get my money back for the rooms by the manager. She was nice on the phone and told me she would call corporate and see what they could do for me. She promised a call back that day or the following morning but of course I never received either. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I felt terrible about putting my workers here. I am also out a few hundred bucks that I lost here.

Not impressed. Property had a lot of pets staying in rooms and place was looking very run down. Would not stay here again

PLEASE IF YOU SEE THIS REVIEW DO NOT STAY HERE!! This hotel needs to reported. 100% a homeless encampment. People are living there and the hotel is a scam. I PRE PAID for a room there and they gave it to someone else! They showed me paperwork with my FULL NAME AND DOB all over it signed by SOMEONE ELSE. They let the stranger who got a FREE room paid by ME stay in it. This took forever for the person checking me in to figure out too?? He tried telling me I already checked in?!!! So once figured out they tried offering me another room and I could not even fathom staying there any longer after standing in the lobby for a good half hour visualizing the people staying there. They would all stand right outside of the building right next to the entrance and chain smoke cigarettes. So fair warning you’re gonna choke while entering the building. Everyone coming in and out was 100% on drugs or homeless. A lot of them had dogs/puppies as well? It smelt terrible, and overall felt incredibly unsafe! I was very surprised by this considering where it is located in GJ. I had no idea what I just got myself into. Was caught very off guard. Got myself into a different hotel instead for the night. If I could give this place a -100/10 I WOULD!

This hotel was awful. It was dirty. I had to pull the lady from outside, smoking cigarettes to get me signed in. I only stayed for about an hour kids running up and down the halls dogs everywhere it was just unbelievably horrible.

I don’t like to see lots of human hair, dogs and cat hair on the sheets and pillows covers the floor looks like it’s been out of mopping for few days

Bed was too small, room smelled like marijuana. Did not look like the pictures, at all. It felt like if it was a homeless encampment, and did not feel safe.

Claytif has Amazing Customer services he made sure my husband was able to check in later passed 12 A.m considering that my husband is a truck driver we can never assume what are actual check-in time will be but claylif told us he will work with us the best he can as long as my husband checks out at 11a.m we will be fine. Claytif really should be recognize for his great efforts and his wonderful customer service skills I just want Claytif to know that h&t Logistics appreciates everything he's done and I hope this company appreciates him just as much as we do thanks Claytif you Rock 🎉

My room was very dirty. The bed had blood on the mattress, the floor looked like it had not been swept at all, the bathroom wall had what looked like lipstick on it and the shower was far from clean. I was given a room by the stairwell and could hear ppl coming up and down it all night long. There were ppl hanging out smoking in front of the door and the side door that was by my room. They were smoking pot as well.

The room was absolutely disgusting. The bedding was dirty and didn’t seem like it had been changed. The floor was gross there were fries and a dirty sock. The fridge was a mess and there was a half drank soda still in there from the previous person. It smelled horrible. If it hadn’t been the middle of the night we would have gone somewhere else.

I liked that is wasn't far from dining options. What I didn't like was that there were no trash cans in the room, and nothing to cook or eat with in the kitchenette.

There are leople living here and it is never quiet. Loud music. Loud people. Literally from 1:30AM-3:30AM the person above us was moving furniture around. Someone else had a huge stereo system connected to a video game that they were playing beginning at 1AM. Children crying and playing at 11pm. Cigarette burns in the sink. Dirty light switches. Trash under the bed. Double bed?!? Not a queen. Microfiber sheets that were hot as hell. The list goes on and on. DON'T STAY HERE OF YOU ACTUALLY WANT TO SLEEP!

They dont tell you that you have to pay to park and that they are just gonna charge you without telling you about that.
