We were do to arrive on Sat 10/8 but on Thursday I was admitted to hospital with kidney stones and spent 2 days in hospital and had a operation and told by doctors not to fly at any costs
We were also given a medical certificate .
BUT we were denied a refund
Not very good customer service
We were happy to rebook for s later date

I was in a row of 4 cabins. The 2 cabins next to me had a fenced area to let a dog out. I had 2 dogs - no one else in that row had dogs. It would’ve been a lot more helpful to give the person with the dogs the dog area. Apart from that it was great and next time I’ll ask for a specific cabin as you pay extra for a dog without a dog area otherwise. Disappointed with that but everything else good.

The Big 4 Breeze holiday park in Busselton was in a great position and the cabin was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful and it was a short walk to the beautiful beach. Had a lovely few days there

It was a great nice neat and clean unit. The location was excellent. Only thing missing on my balcony was a barbie as they seem to be on most of the others. That would have been handy,

I liked the location and the bungalow was spacious and clean.
Didn’t like how cramped the site is, Found there wasn’t much to do for the children compared to other sites around the area, Swimming pool needs to be heated in the winter. Apart from the small issues it’s a nice park

Great stay for families. Right near beach and activities for kids were fun. Chalet was clean and well appointed. Front desk very helpful. Only down side was no blockout curtains and tv mounted high on wall which made watching tv uncomfortable. Would return.

Ok so 4 of us (3 adults and 1 child) stayed here in a chalet (Bungalow) for 7 days and 6 nights last week, room was clean and well maintained. My only complaint is that on day 3 we ran out of tea bags (there was initially only about 4 tea bags when we arrived), so I went to the reception asked for a refill, Jessica the receptionist gave me another 4 tea bags, and on day 5 we ran out again (3 of us are tea drinkers that’s why it ran out quickly) then I went to the reception and Jessica was on duty again, this time she aggressively refused to give me anymore because she has already given me a refill once and told me if I wanted more I needed to pay 50c per tea bag, I was so angry at the way and tone she spoke to me and I had no idea it was their rule to not refill more tea bags to customers like anywhere else, anyways after she spoke to me aggressively I just left the reception and asked a cleaner instead if I could speak to the manager on duty directly, later on a guy came over and I asked him if this “refill once only” was their rule and he said he has never heard about this before and said to me he will have a word with Jessica and sort it out, and in the end he delivered more tea bags to my room.

An excellent spot for site seeing. Camp site was very good . Staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we were only there for one night before moving on further south! Well recommended.

The 3day stay was excellent the caravan park is run well manager takes no trouble welcomes dogs the park is well maintained .
The villa was excellent clean and kept in great shape liked the factor lounge was leather material easy cleaned and no odour like some times get from cloth material

We enjoyed our stay. Just right size chalet. Would be very good for family with kids - water playground, bouncing pillow, heated pool.

One group staying overnight kept us awake until 5 a.m.Guests drinking glass stubbies around the pool which is a no no. They cant read the rules.Gas BBQ (2) unreliable.

Had a wonderful two night stay. The park was quiet at night and a great atmosphere for families during the day. Staff were great and it was so convenient being so close to the beach. Our chalet was perfect and had everything we needed

fire alarm went off with just slight over done on toast but location was great and the 2bdrm studio was fantastic
