Well, it started when I got to the room. The door was not locked. I pushed and the door opened. So i walked in and the TV is on and come to find out the remote control doesn't work. Could not turn off the T.V and the door wouldn't lock. The mini fridge didn't work..

I would not stay there again. Staff helpful

Very low budget horrible place to stay. Dirty, super outdated. Broken furniture, no remote for tv. Its not even fit for homeless temporary stay. Way too much money for this hotel. I had no choice but to stay cause hotels.com would not answer my many phone calls.

We waited in the car for around 5 minutes until someone showed up for checkin. While checking in, she said what we paid was way too low but she had to honor it. Ice machine isn’t free, need quarters. The one working was caddy cornered from our room so there were knocks on her door thru out the night. The room smelled like stinky feet. There wasn’t a towel to put on the tile floor for getting out of the shower, making it cold and slippery. Hair dryer didn’t work. Toilet handle would stick. No daily housekeeping, had to get shampoo and toilet paper from the office. Not worth more than $60 a night until maintenance is performed and ice is free IMO

hot water off, on took 20 mins to warm,no coffee or continental breakfast nothing! They said no break. because since covid they weren't allowed, a law. That's a lie! No such law! Tv-electronic box hanging out from under tv that was on wall. $20 cash demanded held til return of door key. electric plate turn-on light cracked & broken off by sink-shock potential! shower equip.hanging barely attatched. They had already taken our credit card and submitted the cost. Got their money and we were told there was NO refund. We paid a total of $167.54 For Crap! Good- heater worked and bed was comfortable. One more thing! To get entry door open you had to bodyslam it! We feel totally ripped-off! I'd dump them!!

No phone in room, smoke detector was detached and set on the counter, all towels were dingy, stained with holes. Bed uncomfortable, items left behind from previous guest....dirty shower. Would never stay again. Front office staff was rude.

The area is very Noisy plus feels unsafe. The property advertises a Continental Breakfast but there is nothing not even coffee. When I asked the owner he said there’s cereal, looks likes it’s been there way before covid started.

An older facility, room had many issues but was usable. Clerk tried to charge a key deposit after I paid but backed down. Key and paper envelope were heavily work. Sparse linens/pillows/towels, many maintenence needs but clean enough. Some wall holes pat ched but not painted, others remain unrepaired. Lampshade still in retail packaging. Fake eyelashes found in sink. Ice machine is coin-op. Low price is the main draw here.

On the website says breakfast i got up 3 differt times to ask for breakfast i was denied the t.v.didnt work i was good with my phone tho manger was respectful except for the older lady parking was horribe everything else it was ok if i come back again i would

Cheap rooms if you need a place to sleep.. But don't go out at night in this area.. Drug and homeless in area keeps you on your toes

Stayed here because I wanted ti have dinner and drinks at El Pescador across the street . It worked out great ! Awesome night !

It was quit but the room stuck of cheap cigarettes I wanted to throw up had to or the room out for two hours before I could even sit in there comfortably

The first room we got was off. The a/c didn’t work and a couple of items were outdated. However the person at the front counter gave us another room and turned out perfect. Great location, clean and all the amenities you need. Great room, location and customer service.

The lights didn’t work the shower flooded one towel, one floor towel, no wash clause

We stay there for 2 days and on Sunday morning office lady was rude and was not helpful

The room we stayed in was very run down. Stained bedding, broken lamp shades, holes in the walls that need to be pained over. And you only get one pillow per person and they were very flat.

The rooms were filthy. Unwashed, stained bedclothes. Carpets not vacuumed. Non-smoking rooms smelled of smoke. Broken windows. The clerk claimed I didn't have a reservation and tried to charge me double the price for which I had reserved the room. I then showed her the reservation on the app, and she relented, but would only accept cash. I ended up not staying. Please stay ANYWHERE but here. Save yourself the headache.

Lost my reservation. Non smoking room smelled of cigarettes. Paint was on the carpet. Just old and not comfortable. It was clean but did not feel that way. Room was disappointing for the price

Missing the 2nd lock on the door. Sheets weren’t even on the bed, and dirty. Mattress was awful Was given 2 small pillows total for 2 people Shower had stains all over on curtain Parking lot did not feel safe Clerk wanted so much info about me to stay there Awful breakfast Ac sucked. 2/10 would never come back

It was great .we stayed for 2 weeks . No complaints . definitely coming in a few months .

Very comfortable..... No noise...... Breakfast was good and light..... It felt like a family at breakfast .... Check out was fast and easy

Broken ,missing items in room. Tried to check in fior 30 minutes before a clerk arrived after ringing the buzzer 20 or 30 times and several phone calls to the motel number. Also the clerk charged my card $1,200.00 instead of $120. Smoke alarm hanging by wires, 1/2 the security lock missiing, dirty scotch tape over the door eye sight, drapes held back by tape. No coffee in room. We would never return to this facility. By far the worst property we have ever stayed at. Tookkk extra time to correct transaction.

My major misgivings were that the smoke detector was missing with the wires dangling from the ceiling and the sprinkler in the ceiling was taped up making it look unfunctional.

Not the nicest place to stay.

Very old and dirty rooms. Some bedding had stains all over. Control remote for tv didn’t work. Lady at check took my phone to check price and wasn’t happy then asked for $20 cash as deposit. Don’t accept credit cards or debit cards for deposit.
