We were very disappointed with the standard of the accommodation. It is not what was advertised. For $300 a night, I wouldn't expect to find broken tiles in the kitchen, mould in the bathroom, cobwebs on chandeliers and it had a musty cigarette smoke smell. The curtains were hanging off the rods and were very dirty. On approaching the property the exterior is unkempt and rundown.
My daughter has high allergies and within 10min of being inside she started reacting to the high levels of dust and mould. We had to make alternate arrangements. Sorry to say but not a good experience after a long drive.

This was an outdated and overpriced property compared to others we used on our trip. It wasn’t helpful that the name on the building was different to the one we booked. Communication with Hotels.com wasn’t good and I ended up having to call the property while standing outside and emailing ID documents to get access to the property. It’s never happened on previous bookings and I wasn’t impressed

Great, basic accommodation. We stayed here 11 years ago, not sure a lot has been updated in that time. Our 3 bedder accommodated 6 people, one bathroom was tricky to share at times. We should have got 2 rooms for that reason. Limited kitchen items (for 6 people), so made catering hard. Very basic bedding, linen, pillows etc. Excellent location, we did lots of walks in the beautiful park. Accommodation manager was very helpful and friendly. Thank you, overall, we enjoyed our stay in Glen!

The apartments are adequate however there were a number of small but annoying features such as dripping taps, clock running backwards, limited cleaning equipment in apartment and uncomfortable couch. On a positive note the bed was comfortable and shower good.

The location was great. Across from a beautiful park and very quiet location. Under cover parking was good as well. Good layout of property and plenty of room. Much better then a motel room. Fridge and stove were very unclean. Toaster was also dirty and outer plastic casing melted in places. A wet and smelly tray of cigarette butts at the front door is not a good welcome for non smokers. The floor and bench tops were clean but anywhere that could hold dust did. There are a number of other small maintenance issue that need addressing. However we still enjoyed our stay.

I have no idea how they can claim this is an apartment! It's a very small hotel room with a kitchen shoved in the corner. No privacy from the road.

Liked the quiet, pretty location opposite parks in centre of the town and walking distance to supermarkets. Spacious and nicely furnished. Very helpful manager. In all, a very comfortable unit.
Didn't like not being able to leave our front door open because neighbour smoked outside his door and stinking smoke would blow into our apartment. However that has not deterred us from rebooking this lovely facility.

Old style apartment with a loft. The most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. No fry pan in the kitchen made meal preparation difficult.

I liked the kitchen facilities and bathroom was spacious. I didn't like the vertical drapes at entrance to unit, they didn't fully close and I felt a lack of privacy. Sheer curtain and blockouts curtain would be preferable.

Property was advertised on expedia with a dishwasher. There was NO dishwasher and no evidence that there was ever a dishwasher. That tainted our opinion of the whole set up from the start.

It was the perfect place to stay opposite the park listening to the birds chirping. .no highway noise. .close to main street but away from highway noise. Beautiful clean and comfy. .will definitely stay again

Great find as we headed in to Glen Innes in the early evening and found family rooms at local hotels fast disappearing. The place doesn't appear on all websites, and you have to book it in advance as there is no traditional 'reception.' It was also a little on the pricier side, but once in we realised why - a huge place that could sleep six easily, and which is very nicely located across from the parks (where the kids could roam and explore on their bikes for hours), as well as a block away from the shops and restaurants of Glen Innes. A large kitchen and living room, too. Was well worth it in the end.

Lovely townhouse, very comfy. Air conditioning downstairs, not in the bedrooms upstairs, and on a hot day, the skylights make the upstairs unbearable, but would be just lovely in Winter.

Great place to stay, we have stayed here before, good position & in walking distance to the Glen Innes shopping strip. The Park opposite the building is lovely, especially in Autumn. There's off street parking as well. These are the cleanest & tidiest apartments I have ever stayed in, anywhere in the world, no exaggeration. A great place to stay in Glen Innes.
