Very old but neat and tidy. Parking was haphazard but plentiful. Dated motel but did the job and we slept well. No street noise and didn’t hear the trains which were just across the road.

The rooms themselves were small but very clean but don't book in by internet late in the afternoon about 6: no staff on site had to call got onto an answering service. The number for the door wouldn't work tried and tried both my husband and I tried, it took near 45 minutes for someone to call, she told me to try again which I did and it work right away, surprise surprise, she tried to make it my fault anyway if your tied and just want to get in your room don't go here if the office is not open.

Had someone knocking on door looking for someone. Felt very vulnerable. As we are in our 80’s, and no management on site.
Remote control for aircon , batteries flat, had to climb on chair to manually turn on aircon

Beds were very hard, not comfortable at all. There were people talking loudly until 3am. Lots of road and rail noise making it very hard to sleep. It did have a kitchenette which was a bonus.

With no onsite manager, there was a party 2 doors from me. Drinking, swearing, smoking, loud. I was abused verbally when I asked them to lower the noise. A lot of construction workers stay there. Room was tiny. Could do with a good clean. Won't be staying there again.

It was a simple place for accommodation exactly what I was after. Only down rated due to the other customers staying in another room. They were excessively loud and disruptive which caused a few people to intervene up until 2am. Other than that it was ideal for the night.

Was too cramped for 3 people. One chair for 3 people so little table was used to storage and not sitting around. The single bed blocked the wardrobe. Only one bedside cabinet and little room to get our from one side of the double bed. Curtains had duct tape to block the holes and there was no net curtain so no privacy of you wanted to open the curtains for natural light.

Very clean with very comfy bed. Aircon a bit noisy and voices could be easily heard from next room. Overall it suited our needs for 1 night.

Tidy comfortable room. Bit of noise from traffic but nothing too bad. Friendly helpful staff. Only complaint is housekeeping knocking on the door well before 10am every time I stay.

We have stayed here at least 5 times in the last 6 years. We always feel safe and it has very little traffic or noise. Although there isn't space to fit our car, with a car trailer, in the car park there is always parking on the access road near the entry. Rooms are always clean. Pricing is good and we will continue to stay here when in Grafton for Speedway.

Not a bad place but took a while to get room door code via e-mail and had to use a butter knife to unlock bathroom door.

For the price the motel is adequate but someone had a big dog that kept barking. Also the damaged curtains make the room look shabby

The room overall was fine but the air con had not been cleaned (including filters) for a very long time. Even the body of the unit was putrid. Other than that, everything was ok.

Late contactless check in was great. The bathroom was modern, but the sink cramped and weak hot water.
Unfortunately the train is very close and at least last night passed every hour.

Great stay. I would definitely recommend. The pillows were excellent.
It's not fancy, but the management has put effort into polishing up the place. The contactless process was clear and smooth. It's a highway motel and is a good price for a comfortable, clean night's rest.
