Friendly helpful staff

Room was modern and very clean.

The stay was lovely. The accommodation clean and comfortable. The owners were lovely and friendly and very helpful. They advised on places to eat and also allowed a later checkout as we were tired from a very busy previous day.

Overall good experience. Check in quick and easy, friendly reception. Spacious room. Close to shops and restaurants. Being on the main road through Bundaberg it was a little noisy during the peak hours but does quiet down during the night.

We had a very pleasant stay and it ticked all our boxes.

For what we needed for a one night stay this was excellent. Convenient to where we had to go.The only thing we would have liked was an earlier check in.

The pool area was great. The laundry facilities were handy. The staff were amazing.

Really liked that they had a laundry for guests to use. Room also had iron.

Haven't stayed here for a good while due to not being in the area, however same quality owners and service, cleanliness and comfort.

We only needed a place for one night as we were driving through the town heading south. For a motel, it was good, clean and mostly comfortable. Basic amenities such as coffee etc (pool and laundry seemed available). Only negative would be the notice saying we could be charged for the use of additional towel/bed if we were assigned a larger than booked room. That's unfortunate because the cost of that extra towel (should we have decided to use it) would be far less than the negative impression it gave us. I'd suggest the owner consider removing that sign. If you give someone a room, they have the whole room. Aside from that, the room was clean, simple and served its purpose. Nicer decor than I'd seen is some of the motels we've stopped at.
