I love this hotel and I always stay there when I’m in the area. The bed is super comfortable. The restaurant and bar are great.

We asked for a king bed, walked into our room and it was 2 doubles where I asked for a king bed. Breakfast was not a buffet. The toilet was so close to the ground it was hard to get up off the toilet.. the shower rose wouldn’t stay up. I would not recommend anyone going there

I would have put excellent if the breakfast and food available would have been better. Second time staying there and breakfast this time was very poor and quality was really bad not to say not much available. Better not include breakfast in the stay and eat outside as it definitely not worth it. Staff and hotel are great and very helpful.

I did the check in on line and thought that all the information I gave would be recorded - sent a scan copy of my driving licence - when arriving at the hotel I had to provide again my driving licence and my credit card number which I also provided on line was not recorded- had to provide it again - so what was the point of doing pre-check in?

The staff needs a professional to come in, at 2 pm, there was 1 person, an advisor came in and left rather than helping check the next person check in. Whom had only being behind me as. He was a gentleman and opened the door for my family, all women. Please register his kindness, a fine wine. Too few staff at check in,
Restaurant, we are not told we could order from a menu, the Buffett was a little poor. Scrambled Ed’s and bacon should be a minimums

I loved it. It was everything we needed for the weekend and it's in a lovely area. The shower is fantastic and the bed was so comfortable.

Great overall experience.. staff are amazing!! Tho cleanliness is questionable overall.. The pool had some stuff in there that looked discussing and they can just make sure its always clean.

We have been coming to this hotel for years but unfortunately won’t be back. The staff used to make you feel special. Now it was a matter of what extra money for breakfast, later checkout, drinks, dinner that they could get out of us. We booked two rooms and wanted $50 for 1hr later checkout. Very disappointed. Breakfast was light on too, a good price though.

After a medical procedure in Bowral, it was a treat to return to the quiet surroundings of the hotel to rest, then enjoy a very nice meal and a great night’s sleep in the well appointed suite. Highly recommended, five stars.

After being originally given a 2 Queen bed room on first floor( I requested King bed) they moved us to ground floor room with King bed.
Room was good, bathroom nice, but for some reason the toilet was very low......not sure why, it wasn't an accessibility room.
Disappointed that restaurant and bar weren't open on the days we were there, would've been better if they were available. Would recommend but be mindful restaurant and bar aren't available Mon and Tuesday, although breakfast is available every day, and is good value.

Reception staff did not get back to me regarding an enquiry prior to arrival as promised. Ended up with a room with a disabled bathroom and no bath despite booking 6 months in advance. No food services available on a Sunday night. On the up side beds were huge and very comfortable and facility very clean. Plenty of onsite parking and staff friendly.

Our room was excellent. Huge bed. Nice and spacious room with a lovely big shower. We enjoyed a delicious cocktail in the bar before heading out to dinner in Bowral. Which was a nice quick drive down the road. The area was nice and quiet and great for a romantic night away. Definitely recommend

I loved this place. The room was gorgeous and the beds felt like heaven. I had to put poor for property conditions as there was a leak from either the shower or due to the rain that left a massive damp patch in the carpet. The first night was fine but then there was a damp smell which wasn’t ideal. That didn’t take away from the fact the place was gorgeous but the damp smell after a night or two wasn’t ideal.
