Wish this hotel runs long so I can visit again next time. Hosts were so nice and breakfast for the next day was prepared when we checked in. Such a cozy stay

We did not see anyone at the property our name was on the door and the key was in the room very easy after a long drive.
The only downfall was 2 muesli bars a tub of yoghurt and fruit does not make a continental breakfast. All in all a great place to stay.

Awesome stay here. Contact free check in handy with 9 pm arrival. Well lit address. Parking 8 feet from the door. Breakfast space very nice and shared with three rooms. I highly recommend this B & B for anyone staying in the Cambridge, NZ area.

Loved our stay. Rooms are clean, cosy and quiet. Easy check in and out. Comfortable and inexpensive. Would recommend and definitely stay there again.

Nice and clean and spacious with easy parking. The breakfast was just a few muesli bars, yogurt pots, and under ripe fruit which you could buy from the supermarket for about $5. Easy check in check out.

An amazing and homely place to stay. Very quite and priviate. The hostess is very accomadating and friendly. Definitely the best place I have had the pleasure of staying at, would highly recommend.

Very quiet and peaceful area, with the friendliest owners. Big and spacious room, swimming pool, lots of parking space, free breakfast and fresh fruits. Would recommend to everyone.

We received a warm welcome and our room was clean and charming. Unusually for NZ the kitchen and dining room was separate and shared between the 3 units, but it was clean and spacious. The continental breakfast provided included lovely fresh fruit, yoghurt and muffins as well as cereal and toast.
We were delighted with the salt water swimming pool in a lovely setting. The one downside is that the sound proofing between the units is poor.

We had a wonderful stay. Our host was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The room was quiet. Breakfast was great. The Cambridge area was fun too.

Stayed at 73 Milton for one night on our way down to Rotorua. It was quiet for the height of summer, but that was probably due to the peaceful suburban location. Tucked away behind the host's house, the room was extremely well equipped and spotlessly clean. We were very impressed by the little touches; for such a reasonable price they really had gone out of their way to make us feel welcome. Excellent wifi, air conditioning, bedding and bathroom. Definitely recommended.

Overall it was good to stay the owner is very friendly, the only not so good thing was you could hear the sound from room to room
