Bathtub ring

The gentleman named Sunny was very nice. The property seemed OK however on the room where we stayed, the parking area was very dark on the side of the building. When we got into the room, it smelled damp. Hair was found in the shower Sink had tooth paste and excrement from the previous person. Eww. Mimi fridge needs to be defrosted! Once we got over that everything else was fine! The bed was very comfortable. Decent place to stay if you have further traveling the next day!

Great location on the cape! Staff was friendly and easy check in and out. We only stayed one night and needed only basics. If you are looking for more than a clean bed and bathroom this may not be the place for you.

Not handicapped accessible, steps leading into room are difficult

Property itself was adequate, but room was totally outdated. There were large, visible stains on the 3 chairs in the room, which was disgusting. The tub did not drain and had 4 inches in bottom after a quick shower. It took 20 min. to drain before the next person could shower. Bottom of shower curtain was filthy. There were 6 lights over the sink, but only 2 worked, which made it difficult to see to put on make up. Definitely won’t be returning.

Staff is very friendly and helpful.

There was black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom behind the door. There was dust and a dead moth on the floor behind the door. Shower handle was a little tight a little difficulty turning it completely off.

The room had a big bug, towels placed on bed, floors not mopped, wet towels left in shower, no picked up, no Parking near room, no bed spread!

Really enjoyed staying in an old-fashioned motor in, where you park in front of your door and have an old-fashioned real key. Room was very quiet and clean and had some attributes I really appreciated, including a great lamp OVER the bed for reading and an uncomplicated television. On the negative side, it's an old place due for renovations, which they promise the new ownership will be addressing at the end of the summer season.

I never leave reviews,but had to for this one!We went in August,the price we booked for in May,they wouldn't give us,saying they didn't receive it from Expedia,even though we had the confirmation e-mail and number,they wouldn't budge.The wall paper was falling off,the doors were falling apart,you couldn't shut the bathroom door and had to put your shoulder into the front door to open it.Ther were centapede's and other bugs crawling on the floor and black mold on the floor trim.The worst thing was,when you took a shower,it took literally 10 hours for the tub to drain with about 6 inches of water in it from just one shower.The bed sheets seemed to be fresh,or we wouldn't have even stayed there.Have ridden by the place hundreds of times and always wanted to try it.I don't like to bash anybody,but we won't ever be back.

It was pretty expensive for a place that doesn't serve breakfast

It’s an okay Motel, that needs upgrading maybe the new management will bring a better updates to their clients.

We liked the set up of the rooms, having our own door was great. There were chairs and picnic tables outside. It was pretty quiet, even with the road right there. It's right on the rail trail, too.

Our bed was super comfy, but there was some issues in the bathroom. Black mold on the ceiling and the bathtub water wouldn't turn off, so it dripped constantly. They are working on renovating. Also picked this place because it had some breakfast items in the morning, but because it just changed owners they no longer so that and that was understandable but disappointing. Overall everything was good...

I thought that this was an adequate, nicely run and comfortable place to stay in. It was far from elegant, but it was clean, quiet, unassuming, and had everything that I needed. You can tell that the new owners are trying very hard. And the pool is BEAUTIFUL! (I bought flowers and air freshener for the room, and I was set!)

Great location

It was cheep but one night thay did not freshin up the room the shower was slow to drain. And the ac unit was really load. It was one of the cheapest on cape cod so i guest you get what you pay for.

Motel is aged. Very few guests. Bathroom ceiling had black stains and the toilet flushed very slowly and sometimes not fully. Room was otherwise clean and comfortable with good AC unit.

Front desk staff was friendly. Location was great. The room smelled like mildew and I suspect there is a serious mold issue in the walls. There was something white and crusty on the bedspread which we immediately removed from the bed. There were insects in the room and webs in some of the corners. The pillows were plastic and unpleasant but the bed was of average comfort. The pool Looked clean but we didn’t swim. We paid $200 per night. Would only stay there again if I was in a jam and it was under $100.

An older motel that has been very nicely maintained. You get a big bang for your buck here. The room was very comfortable, with a great bed, microwave, refrigerator and small eating table with two chairs. TV reception was good. It was very clean, my number 1 priority. I didn’t use the outdoor facilities, but there is a pool and small play area for children. It abuts to a wooded area that has picnic tables and a grill. I could’ve easily stayed here for a week. It’s not high end but a great place to stay.

Bath cracking, old pain on walls, no front desk service after business hours. No hot water Beds were ok, and AC worked well For $260 it needs a face lift and services!

Loved the pool, it was clean and had nice chairs, tables and umbrellas. Loved the coffee and tea. Our room was very nice, the beds were very comfortable. Near lots of restaurants, shops, and the Drive-In. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We would go back.

You get what you pay for. Since this hotel is for budget friendly customers, my expectation is not high. The hotel has all the basic amenities and located right next to Nauset Lighthouse. For those who want to avoid expensive hotels in Ptown, I would say this isn’t a bad choice. This hotel is 30 mins by driving to Ptown.

This motel had a great location. Central to many of the activities and restaurants in Cape Cod. This was actually why we choose it. The motel changed hands recently and at the time we were there many of the improvements being made were taking place. It was a little disturbing to see all of the old mattress outside as we arrived. Many things in the room were still old and dirty or broken. Such as stains on the chairs and a lamp with a bent/ broken shade. Also, when I made the reservation, many months ago, breakfast was included in the price. They have done away with breakfast now and no adjustments were considered. We were offered a refund, but obviously other options were limited or nonexistent. Since we booked through Expedia there were plenty of opportunities to have communicated the conditions and changes. This did not happen. We believe that would have been the right thing to do.

It was fine for a quick, overnight.

This property needs to be updated.
