The hotel is very nice and the staff is great!

Need 2 chairs to sit and relax in room This only had 1 So.one person always on bed. The BR door stuck.badly. and the water made popping noise in wall all night long.

The room was too warm, and the refrigerator made noise all night long!!

Dog walking area very limited. A hedge is not a walking area for a pet! Expedia should also state a charge per night for your pet to stay beyond room charge.

Very nice. I understand not having your sheets and room cleaned everyday, but it would be nice to have extra towels for the in-room jacuzzi tube. I asked for some and was told I couldnt have anymore. Had to dry with towels that were still damp from the day before. Thank you, Danni Ville

the room was beautiful. The edge of the curtain needs to be fixed. The floor of the balcony needs to be swept.

Housekeeping only does rooms after 3rd night of stay. We were there for 4 nights and never had housekeeping touch our room. We asked after the first night and were told this is there housekeeping policy.

Property was good value. Unsatisfied with room. Very dark and window looked out to a wall without any light or partial view.

We loved the extra large jacuzzi and huge pool. The kids had a blast! Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

I showed up to my booking and because of Hotels.com not ever even contacting the hotel with any of my information for my reservation. So when I showed up to the hotel I had no room and I had driven multiple states to get there… waiting to see if hotels.com will compensate me in anyway. I had a nice room with a Jacuzzi tub and fireplace for my girlfriend and I and I ended up having to find a standard room. Luckily, I was able to find some thing I was stuck for hours.

We were extremely disappointed as the pictures online did not match what we saw in person. The room was filthy on the inside and outside seating area. There were cigarette butts on the ground near the outdoor chairs, along with goldfish crackers, that was obvious no one swept. Inside the carpet had numerous stains, as did the refrigerator and toilet. The wallpaper was coming off of the walls. There were tiny ants crawling in the kitchen. My husband had to move furniture to plug the TV in. The mattress had disgusting stains, as did the couch. The board of Health should be called !

The one bedroom suite was spacious and pretty with the built in fireplace. The king bed was comfy and bathroom was huge. Was nice having separate toilet area and that bathroom was accessible from both living area and bedroom. Good closet space as well. Grounds and pool were pretty and well kept and great tea selection in office. Staff very friendly. Low on cleaning staff as wasn’t able to have room cleaned in 4 night/5day stay. Other areas of improvement: stains in hallway carpets of building and living area carpet of suite, and amenities in kitchenette area of suite could definitely be increased/improved. Only had 4 dishes, 2 bowls, 2 glasses, 2 mugs and some silverware.

The biggest problem we had with our room was the carpet was so dirty and the furniture was outdated so bad and for the money you pay, you should have nice stuff we were told the pool was heated, which turned out it was not.

We were in a basic two bedroom suite (Room 119). Cost was over $500 per night so it was not an inexpensive outing. Our view was a cement wall. Literally. The sofa had stains on it. The lights in the kitchen did not work. That being said, when the sofa was a pull out bed- the bed part was comfortable. Instead of a mattress with the pull out bars, it was firm padding and we slept comfortably. When we realized how dark it was going to be in the room without the properly working lights in the kitchen, my husband walked down to the front desk for assistance and the man working the desk came to the room. He went in search of an additional light for us and it did lend to additional lighting. We did not complain- at all. However I feel like I need to be honest as these issues will certainly keep us from returning in the future. The location was fine. It was directly on Route One. We did not use the pool.

I stayed at this property solely because it advertised a suite with a jacuzzi tub in the room and a fireplace. I was driving back from a day of medical tx in Boston & NEEDED to soak in a whirlpool/ jetted tub. Upon entering room, first thing went wrong was the lamp & charging station @ the bedside didn’t work because there was no power to the wall outlets aside the bed. So I had to charge and use my laptop& phone while standing at the dresser. Upon filling the tub, water only came out 2 of the 5 jets and trickled, took forever.I got in and turned on only 2 learn the same 2 jets were the only thing trying to create the whirlpool. It just didn’t work. I called the desk to see if maybe I was doing something wrong and he said he would come down. So I had to get dressed again and wait 35 minutes for him to come feel the jets and confirm they didn’t work. I didn’t even get to soak in it, since I had to drain it for that. He said there was not another room with a tub available, so I asked if I could just switch to a regular room, since the ONLY reason I came there was for the jetted tub, as I am ill/ disabled, tired and had a long day of treatment at Dana Farber. He said in the morning I would just be refunded since there were no ther rooms & was so late. So I just went to bed. Then within 10 min, like some sick joke, the fire alarm in the room started intermittently beeping No one was available 2 help. Had to stand on the desk to flip the battery and reset it 3xs. Did not sleep.

They let us check in early so we could spend time at the beach. We were not charged for early check in. The staff was polite and courteous. The hotel was conveniently located. We enjoyed our stay.

The beds were extremely comfortable. This was a last minute decision to stay overnight and I happened upon this hotel. Will def stay again!!

Quiet simple dog friendly hotel with a pool and nice staff. They accommodated a late check out. The rooms were so simple that there were no hooks for towels and the phone didn’t work. But otherwise good experience all around.
