That’s a 5 star hotel very care for customer and clean….

It is a standard-issue Marriott with very nice gym. The only but crucially important thing about it is that it is very safe (walled/fenced with controlled access and armed guards). A US-style supermarket across the street, safe to walk to even for a white girl. Cannot say I would stay again because I amnot returning to Haiti until major improvements of the whole country/society.

I like that due to the delay at check in they offered me snacks and wine to compensate for the wait. The Hotel is very clean and luxurious. I enjoyed my stay.

I love how polite everyone was. Security made me feel very comfortable, and the wait staff were great. The drinks were awesome!

My experience was great, I met Marvens, he was incredible, he did his best to make my stay comfortable and nice. Will definitely go back , the one issue I have is the parking, I wish they had more parking space.

I love the hotel it was very nice. The customer service was great and the breakfast was delicious. I will definitely be going back there I just have to figure out if they offer Airport pick up and shuttle. Getting around pretty princess hard if you do not have a ride to and from the airport. However this hotel was amazing and now that I know there are hotels like this in Port-au-Prince I might try and visit there more often.

Love this place,but the only one problem i have is the shower doors they don't close all the way so when you shower all the water spills all over the floor,which cause it to be very slippery

The restaurant was very good, cockails and food were excellent. The major problems were the lack of hot water (only luckewarm water was awailable), and no coffee machine in the room.

I loved the lobby. The hotel is very impressive when you first step inside. Definitely has curb appeal. The staff was wonderful and the food was pretty good.I arranged a car which was misrepresented. The site gives the indication a professional car service. The car experience was pretty scary, the windows didn’t even roll all the way up. It was dark during our 5:30 am trek to the airport and that made me nervous. Our driver also stopped to ask someone a question which made us very nervous. When paying 45 dollars for a 15 minute ride I would expect things to be a little safer.

The worst Marriott I have ever seen in my life. They do not have housekeeping at evening. I have waited for 2.5 hours for a change of bed sheet. The security wanted me to be at room while their staff change the bed sheets after 3 hours. They were not sure even about their own staff whether they will steal somethinf in your room or not. Restaurant was awful as well. Waited 70 minutes for them to serve a sandwich. This hotel does not deserve the have name of Marriott. It is a worth of money loss. Will never ever come here again.

I think it’s a shame this property belongs to the Marriott chain.I had to ask for towels 3 times before someone finally showed up at 8PM with two body towels, I asked specifically twice again for full sets of towels and that just never happened.We wanted to relax by the pool, but that was also a failure because the ENTIRE day, there was someone water cleaning with the loudest machine ever. We were there perhaps from 12-4 hoping it would end at one point but no. The food was very average, very pricey for what you can get at other good hotels in Haiti (better food, cheaper)The great Mountain View was nothing but the building right in front of us and some mountain peaks you can see in the back (we were on a lower floor)Overall, very disappointed and couldn’t UNrecommend more. Oh breakfast buffet was an additional $35 per room and it’s a joke; you have two kinds of local cheese, some smoked salmon, two kinds of pork ham, tomato, lettuce, butter, bread, three kinds of fruits, hard boiled eggs and cereals. Even the days inn sometimes have a better buffet for included breakfast!!!!!

Everything here is different but the one thing thats evident is the demand for tips from the staff is just too much

Nice and spacious. The pool is great. I appreciated the small cafe for snacks. Very friendly service from all who works there.

Good service, but could get my coffee maker working 😐
