We had a great stay. Very good free breakfast. No complaints whatsoever.

Nice place overall. Welcome staff was not very welcoming. There were multiple ladies ( I did not keep track of names but it was on 9/13/24 around 2-4pm) who were snarky with me and my family. They seemed annoyed when we showed up at 210 for our 3 pm check in time and did not even attempt to accommodate early. They also seemed annoyed that I preferred not to join IHG rewards. Very disappointed in their unwelcoming behavior.

I do not like the fact that they allow pets to stay at the hotel. The dog in the room across the hall barked all night. I think it was left unattended for most the night.

The good: the complementary hot breakfast is second to none. The Bed is comfortable.
The bad: They have taken energy conservation to extremes. The shower at best, is a slight mist. Allow an extra half hour to get the soap off, especially with the greasy Dove soap they provide. The climate control is terrible. If the fan cycling on and off does not keep you awake, the hot and cold spells will. The smart thermostat only allows the air conditioner to run while there is movement in the room. Therefore, during the night, when you start sweating, you have to do a dance in front of the thermostat to get the air conditioner to kick back on. This gives you about an hour of comfortable sleep before you start sweating again.

Convenient to everything we needed. Wr had to change rooms after the first night due to numerous things being broken or breaking. Beds are very uncomfortable

We loved our stay here. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The shower water pressure was amazing and the size of the tub was wide, not too deep, but the width was amazing.

I would recommend this hotel and plan on staying here again when i come back.

Clean! Great location. I have stayed here several times when visiting Manhatten and have never been disappointed.

Friendly, efficient staff that were very quick with check-in. Decor was updated, beds super comfortable and quiet room. Only downside was a strange odor in our room, but not bad enough to request to be moved.

A little pricey but overall a good deal, good breakfast, fitness room and pool. Very friendly staff. A lot of restaurants nearby.

The room was comfortable and clean, no complaints. Road traffic noise was much more than I expected and our room was next to the stairway so alot of slamming doora in the morning.

The property was ok. The first room we were assigned had 2 people and a dog in it already when we opened the door. We were assigned a different room and after we had our bags unpacked and were settled in we found the carpet around the around the air conditioner (within 5 feet of the air conditioner) was soaked and the room was musty. We then were moved to a third room which was fine. The staff was great! Breakfast was fine.

This property was perfect for my staycation with my kiddos! Pool was great entertainment for the kids. Their favorite part was the breakfast buffet. Great selection.

There was no hot water. We talked to the girl at the front desk, she said let it run for 15 minutes, but there isn't anything she can do. They only had 1 crib for the entire hotel. When we pulled out the sofa bed, there was garbage in it. My family and I always stay at holiday inn, this is the first bad experience with them.
