At no time could i recognize a four star hotel

Excellent

The hotel was nice. The room was more than we expected for the price. But when we came back and wanted to order our food at the restaurant it took quite long. This I assume would be due to understaffed personal. So I am not too disappointed in it. The quality of it was more than decent. Overall the stay at the hotel was worth it.

Very comfortable, spacious and quiet, although our room did not have wifi. We asked at reception, only to be told there are "working on it". But it wasn't working for the length of our stay.

Love the unique room with the lift.

Location

The hotel was nice, lovely rooms and the staff was friendly and service minded. However, one person ruined the general impression: one of the waiters who was very rude and did not understand what his job in a service business means. A pity, because otherwise we would have liked to come back to Leonardo next time.

Room was excellent. Staff in general was friendly. Hotel location is Ok but not great. Bar was open late which gave us some extra time to relax after a long day. I would rate this hotel 8 out of 10 stars. I would give it a 10 if the Hotel would have been located right in the city. However, if you are visiting just for business, this is the Hotel I would recommend.

Nice and clean hotel with great parking

It was fine as a place for to rest your head for the night but it's not exactly good value for money considering we chose what was supposed to be a superior room.

Comfortable hotel with great staff. The room was clean and breakfast was a good selection of quality foods. Never had a bad experience at this property.

It was great, I stayed there while organizing housing, the room was comfortable and very well designed.

It is a mystery to us how this hotel could get a 4-star rating. -The lobby is a small corner on the third floor of another building, where no one was around when we arrived- The photos on Hotels.com are misleading, as the hotel rooms are only on the bottom 3 floors of the side building. From the photos one would assume to get a room in a higher floor.- The room was OK, but very small and lacking amenities such as even a mini-bar or fridge. - The shower did not drain properly, the arrangement of the bathroom was not very practical. For instance the hair-drier was installed blocking the mirror in front of the (small) sink. The mirror in the hallway was covered by a poster, so that it no longer worked as a proper mirror, etc.If this hotel was rated as a 3-star, I would be OK with it, but even then it would not be one of the better 3-star hotels in my experience. In summary: If this hotel deserves a 4-star rating, then the rating system is completely useless. It is a mystery to us how this hotel could have been rated 4-stars.

It was very nice. The hotel is really beautiful and I loved the room.

We stayed in the suite over the weekend. We already stayed in the Apollo twice before of which one in the suite... We enjoyed it so much that we wanted to stay in the same room. Good choice. Staff is great, Hotel is hip, clean and well kept and modern.

It was a box standard hotel. Not very special or amazing. Good for one night stay.

everything was okay we would recommend this hotel to others

The hotel was very clean and I especially liked the policy regarding protecting environment. The restaurant was very good, the food was delicious but the waitresses were somewhat rude. As a single woman staying at the hotel, I realized that they sometimes ignored my table and were much nicer in their service to table with men.

Lovely hotel. Has a Scandinavian theme. Ask for the Aromatherapy Shower Pod, absolute luxury. Highly recommended.
