Great experience! Customer service are superb.

The environment and service are good except for the room cleaning time. daily room cleaning was slightly late. They did clean the room during afternoon after 3 pm. We were surprised with that.

Great service, location and wonderful staff. I like how we have the view of the pool our stay was beyond perfect. :)

Spacious room and wonderful service

When we arrived we found out that we had been upgraded from our Crown Deluxe double queen to a Crown Premiere Suite. This was a perfect surprise for our Honey Moon getaway. The room was amazing with over 1200 square feet, a huge living room, with a really big bedroom and restroom facilities that were better then any room I have ever stayed in. I loved the giant bath tub for relaxing after a nice shower in the rainfall shower. The service there was also amazing the staff was very friendly and helpful they showed us all the features of the room and we even had free butler service for any needs that we had. The restaurants, swimming pools (though we didn't get to swim because it was raining), and casino were top notch as well. The front desk staff was very helpful in meeting our travel needs, they scheduled a large van for us and gave us a wake up call before we were going to depart, and picked up our luggage and brought it down to the van and loaded it for us. I really loved this place and will staying there for sure the next time I am in Manila

Had a great and comfortable 3 nights stay. The staffs were great from the moment I step into the hotel until I depart. Bell service, front desk, house keeping all were great, friendly and courteous. I can name a few of them here for compliment but don't know if it will be appropriate. Room is clean and I have a full airport view. Location wise is convenient for me, easy access to my working place and to the airport. Have shuttle bus service to Mall of Asia to catch some quick lunch or dinner and some convenient shopping. Definitely will be back.

Me and my family stayed for one night only. It is great hotel, with friendly staff and nice facilities. My kids also enjoyed the pool. Our reservation includes buffet breakfast, but when we went down to eat, the foods for breakfast are not serve in buffet, instead you have to order from menu. We thought the food will be on the table and we can select what we want to eat. The waiter told us they don't serve buffet breakfast from Monday to Thursday, only from Friday to Sunday. I suggest that buffet breakfast must be available any day of the week.

The hotel is new. Our room was fine and clean. Had a good view of the pool. The staff were still uptight on handling guests. SMILE was rarely experienced in this hotel. It seems staff were just passing the day to just finish work. Looks like they do not have proper training in customer relations.

The rooms are beautiful, with nice big bathrooms. We got a room that's on the same floor as the pool which was convenient considering we were with our 3 year old. He loved the pool. We were also assigned a butler during our stay who was very helpful in introducing the hotel and its amenities to us. All the staff were courteous and friendly.

The very friendly warm service from the reception and front desk staff trying to ensure evrything was fine and well 3. The only initial hiccup was the machine to swipe my VISA international travel card took some time to recognise the authorization

I mistakenly booked for one night instead of two, so we were forced to extend our stay at the neighboring Hyatt Hotel. When we actually checked in at Crown Towers, we were pleasantly surprised to be given a free upgrade to their Premiere Suite. Our stay was most comfortable and enjoyable! The butler even placed me on the guest list for Chaos- the club connected to the hotel- but I already payed when my little son relayed to me the message. All in all, I'm looking forward to staying there again.

room and staff were great but not being able to directly access the casino because I'm not a city of dreams vip member ruined it. I have never been to any hotel/casino that didn't allow direct access to the casino for paid guests.

Stayed here for 4 nights recently , hotel is new and everything about it is actually very good except for the all pervading smell of cigarette smoke. I was first given a room on the 5th floor , on exiting the lift the smell of stale smoke was overpowering and very unpleasant after being informed that all rooms and floors were smoking they agreed to transfer me to the 9th floor where I was told the smell would be less , it was marginally better but still strong plus on the corridor outside the room the smoke smell was replaced by another unpleasant odour. I have no idea why they don't have non smoking rooms , both Hyatt and Nobu both do so my advice if you are not smoking would be to choose one of those.
