My room had a beautiful window seat with an awesome view. The staff was helpful and polite. They arranged transportation for me when I had a 6am flight! I loved this place!

The hotel is very nice and close to the center of Antigua. The staff is very friendly, rooms are clean and the service is amazing. Also, the hotel includes breakfast and it is delicious.

The hotel was beautiful, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the bed was comfortable. There was a lovely common patio that we enjoyed siting on with our friends. Also, the included breakfast was delicious. The only problem was the internet- it was very slow and sometimes we couldn’t connect at all. This was a problem for me as I hoped to work while on this trip.

Nice hotel in a quiet area ,easy to walk to central area ,restaurants, shops . Very nice clean small room, common sitting areas for guests, and The staff was courteous , polite, attentive & friendly . The breakfast was also very good ..good tamales . I will be staying here again soon ..

Small, intimate, quiet hotel. The staff was friendly, the check in was a bit slow because there was only one person and many visitors checking in. They have limited parking space and you have to make reservations before getting there, but they were open to finding other options for me to leave my car. Very clean, quiet, comfortable beds, great breakfast.

The staff were absolutely wonderful and the cleanliness standard was very high. The room itself had a super comfy mattress but the room overall was quite small for 2 people. Water and coffee was available in the communal area which was very much appreciated whilst fighting jet lag!

The Hotel it’s located within walking distance of many restaurants.

The size of the room is pretty small, it looks different with the picture, the service are ok, the room is cleaned, but simple, nothing luxury,the receptionist girl is so so, the breakfast offer is good and hot, but some fly are flying around whenI was eating. If the car park is full you have to park your car outside of the street all night, after I knew this, I complained and they offer me to park another car parking (imagine if I just accepted to park on the street ), I ask the receptionist if I can stayed 30 minutes longer for check out , the check out time is 12. She said it have extra charge only for 30 minutes. I feel expensive paying this amount for staying at this simple hotel. But conclusion the room is cleaned.

Excellent!!! Very clean hotel. Awesome helpful staff. They supplied us with a map of the city, activities nearby etc. I booked my tours locally while walking around, but they offered to book tours and ground transportation too. They helped me exchange our USD. My Spanish is so/so, they speak excellent english. The location is close to restaurants, stores the arch and center city. We liked it so much we extended our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

The Posada is amazing. The place is very clean and located in a quiet area, only 5 minutes walk from the city centre. The staff is very nice and makes you feel at home. I really enjoyed my stay and I hope to go back soon.

We spent 5 nights in the beautiful posada. Located In a quiet place 5 minutes walk from the center of antigua and the local market. The place is very beautiful and clean, a renovated town house. The service is very attentive and friendly and they helped us even with changing our flight. The breakfast is delicious but you have to take your time.
