Everything was clean, and the entire staff was great! Precious made us feel welcome upon arrival. Very sweet lady. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel was really over priced! 1. The room needed dusting The heat/air conditioning unit was coming apart. The unit was being held up by a log. The lock on the door was broken, as well as the door knob on the bathroom door was loose.
Maybe if they served breakfast, because $163.00 is too much.

We had a one night stay. The hotel was absolutely wonderful! It was clean, comfortable, fully stocked, and a decent price. Best sleep I have had in a hotel! The woman at the front desk was a bless of fresh air after our long drive. All around it was a great experience.

It was quick, but it served it's purpose. Everything was good, it is more made for extended stays so that makes things a little different. All in all it was fine for an overnight stay.

We did not get to stay there. We thought we were reserving the hotel in Gonzales LA and where we got there it was not open. So I guess I paid for a hotel that we were not even close too.

The front desk clerk, Precious, was FANTASTIC! Not only were we staying here in the process of an 1800 mile move but, my 85 year old father had passed earlier that very day. Precious was kind, compassionate, & amazingly efficient! She is an asset to your establishment! The rooms were clean, comfortable & very well equipped. But, you can get that at a lot of hotels. What makes this chain special, is the staff, like Precious, who stand above the rest!

This was my first time staying at this particular candlelight suites. Everything turned out very well even though they were doing pressure washing. It caused no problems. The agent behind the front desk when I arrived was outstanding. She was clear, patient and addressed my needs quickly. I left happy happy.

This was an awsome hotel. The staff was very friendly,the room was huge,the shower was great. A pet friendly hotel. The hotel has laundry facilities that were free. The hotel provided 2 gas grills for use. The grounds were spotless. Would definitly recommend and would stay in theyre other properties

Upon arrival, our rooms were not quite ready, however the front desk worker immediately went to see if there were any rooms clean, and although not, she accommodated us immediately to a different room which was actually an upgrade for us! It allowed us to get ready in time for our concert. Super convenient location for the concert we were attending!! Room was clean and comfy!

The room was beautiful, check-in was straight to the point..I did not like the amount of construction workers there. There were workers all over the place...A van pulled up dropping off construction workers when I checked in and I was immediately uncomfortable. So the hotel is nice but not for me, too many people...

I like that each time I stay there which is quit often it clean clerks and house keeping is extremely friendly I always feel right at home even the other guest are friendly wow a great experience every single time.
