Very good hotel~! Their service exceeds my expectation!
We stayed in Hotel Best Night 2 last year 2023. At that time we didn't know that they have shuttle bus service.
We had a very bad experience when negotiating with airport taxi driver from Algers airport to the hotel before. So this year we chose Hotel Best Night as they have free shuttle bus service.
But our flight arrived Algers very late. It was 2:00 am. We called the hotel and a drive came to the airport to pick us up. We were so appreciated for the shuttle bus service~!
Room is clean and comfortable. Although the room is facing the street, it's not noisy~!
Breakfast is good. Staffs are nice. Overall, highly recommend Hotel Best Night 1 and 2. They are the same group and both nice and clean~!

One of the most helpful hotels we have ever stayed in. Really went out of their way for us on several occasions. Breakfast is fabulous. The hotel itself is clean and to a good European standard. Easy access to the tram that takes you into town and close enough to the airport, and they provide a free airport shuttle.

The only bad experience was that on Hotels.com the address to the hotel was WRONG, which caused me to go to the wrong place, lose quite a bit ot time and still pay a higher taxi fee. Later on I learned the hotel offered shuttle services, which I opted for when leaving Algeria.
Apart from that, the staff in the hotel was very kind and helpful. Room was clean and of good appearance.
Food quality is quite limited, but kind of ok for Algerian standards.

I paid for Jr. suite and I got that double bed room, this is not fair when you paid for something was offered.The hotel don't care about it

I like the respectful staff, willing to please, all in all very much better than other hotels I have been to in Algeria that is including Ibis, Mercure and Hilton, the room was clean tidy and good enough for nights to stay in, breakfast was good lots of choice and I even asked for omelet with cheese and they staff was very happy to provide it and it was good

I had a small issue and the Hotel did all proactively to support me and to make my stay most pleasant. Incredible good and international well known chains in Algiers should learn how to perform.

the hotel is new but the rooms are very small. breakfast is ok. The neighborhood if the hotel is very industrial with car repair and other workshops.

it was not possible to make direct local phone calls. Some of the stuff were helpful in that but it should be a standart facility of the hotel. Food in their restaurant is quite good.
