Good location but we were not aware our room would be in a detached building behind the parking lot. There isn’t a lot of parking available and the lighting at night in the back isn’t great. Beds were comfortable.

We had a great stay at the lava hotel. Very quaint rooms, clean and comfortable. Not your average hotel rooms definitely on the unique side. Loved the hot pool. Staff recommended an excellent place for dinner and breakfast. Would definitely stay there again.

It’s an older place with squeaky beds, dead bugs in the window seal, batteries in the tv remote were dead and couldn’t change the channel. Train goes by multiple times, and in lite walk way to the pool which was creepy

Really nice refurbishing! Nice linens, clean, comfortable bed. Aspen, checked us in! Excellent customer service! We’ll stay again….only longer!

My husband worked away from home all summer and this was our first getaway in a long while. It was perfect. I absolutely loved the hotnpool on property.

We stayed in one of the tiny houses. There were three of us. The futon bed is not comfortable even for a futon. That is the only reason my overall rate is not a 5. If there are just 2 of you, then the tiny houses might be a great choice.

I did not get a sleep , the room is stinky.

We asked to extend our stay by one day, was told we could do that and that the price would be hígher for the one night. We dropped our bags off at our room and came back to the front desk to buy the additional date and was told we now couldn't book the dateas it was a requirement of Mgmt that all stays be at leastv2 days and this was only 1 day. We had booked 4 days i explained but just neèded 1 additional date. No matter, it wasnt available now for some reason.
Follow Up - Mgr left a card for us at front desk for an additional dates stay on them for a future date! Wished we could have stayed one more night there but very happy with the Mgmt making ammends this way!

There were dead bugs in the room, dirty lamps and extremely dirty floor vents. They were broken as well. Two lamps had parts that were broken. The design of the room was terrible. I would never stay at this property again.

This is a great hotel with plenty of different accommodations to service any size group. The hot spring pool was so nice! It was big enough to swim in and had a nice and easy incline to go from knee deep to shoulder deep. The room was nice and had plenty of space to store items. The bed was comfortable and the shower was big with great water pressure. The hotel is right in the middle of the main street.

We were stuck back in a little room at the back of the property. Little shack with 4 small rooms. There was very limited parking. The pool was dirty and small. The next door hotel had a group of people who had a yelling fight out in their parking lot.

Great place, right on Main Street. Evening staff person Aspen(?) really helpful. Enjoyed sitting out on deck. The private pool was the best part.

I stayed in a Tiny Home, which was very cute and had nice amenities. The wall air conditioner is in the living room, which didnt cool the bedroom. You need to partially close the bedroom doorto watch TV, which is a poor design. Check in was fabulouse with Aspen and the unit had a pretty view of the park and a nice front porch to relax on.

Overall, this was a good price for a decent place. Beds were comfy and bathroom was spacious. Some updates would easily put his place on 4-5 star turf...

I reserved # 9 because of the hot tub. I paid more because of the hot tub.
The hot tub was disgusting. We told the lady on reception…we DID NOT used the tub. Even thought we paid more because of the tub.
We have been a customer for a long time.
No interest showed by the lady. We even went back and stayed another time on the romantic lit house … we talked to the staff about it AGAIN , again… and about not getting any feedback from our complaining. It was a totally lack of interest. Never heard from anyone

I stayed in one of the tiny houses at this property. It was very clean, everything worked as it should. There was a hot mineral pool and a hot tub fed with the natural hot springs for us to use. This property is right in the center on town so everything is in walkable distance including where you get on the river with your tubes. We had such a good time. Definitely would come back.
