We checked in and were offered any one of the 3 floors in the hotel. The clerk said the 3rd floor was the quietest. We chose that one. We got to our room and upon entering we noticed multiple stains on the duvet of one of the beds. I tried calling and the phone had no cord or service. We went back down to the clerk and mentioned it and he apologized and gave us another room and it was great.

The stay was pleasant, a bit out of the way, but shopping was close, I would hate to be there in the winter, but spring was pleasant.

The hotel room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were awesome. The pool is nice and warm and the hot tub very nice. We would stay here again definitely.

The staff was great! They had a nice little lobby with chairs & coffee, which was nice because we arrived well before check in and so we hung out in the lobby chatting until our rooms were ready.
The hotel was very busy with what looked like several youth soccer treams staying with them. But the staff was so helpful, taking the time to answeing our questions & helping us.

I have stayed here several times and enjoyed my previous stays. It may have just been a bad night, but it was ridiculously loud. Drunk people were super loud in the lobby/breakfast area and people were running above my room, yelling, and slamming doors. This continued until very late. I had an early morning meeting the next day, so it was annoying.

We spent a Tuesday evening in Duluth. We had a great room at La Quinta. Everything was great, except the bed. The mattress wasn't comfortable. The location was perfect. We had a good breakfast. There was a pool and spa.

Great friendly service at the desk, clean room, pool and hot tub were clean and nice! Bed was comfy, nice and close to airport - had an early flight.

Very clean and spacious room. Safe area where you can go for a walk. There are plenty of stores and restaurants around which was a plus. I loved that it was quiet where you couldn’t hear traffic

There was a hockey team staying there. They ran up and down the halls plus the stairs. It was noisy until 12am. No parking. No seating during breakfast. But the potatoes at the continental breakfast was good.

The staff was amazing! Elijah and Nolan went above and beyond. The only negative thing was the office chair was tattered. So we had to get a new one, and the shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in the deep corners. But other then that, everything was so clean and smelt so good!!

We stayed here for two nights on a family trip and the room was very clean and tidy. We would stay here again.

Pool and hot tub were on the smaller size and it was crowded and eveytime skmeone would jump in the pool we would all get splashed by them and there was no eoom to really move around. Everything else was amazing here though!

The room we were given had food smashed into the carpet in a few areas. We were told there wasn't a housekeeper available, so they would have to transfer us to a new room.
The new room had hair of multiple types in one of the beds and dirt trash on the floor.
Upon sharing this information with the front desk, we were given new sets of sheets to put on ourselves, and told that he would be back with a vacuum in 5 minutes. About 20 minutes later, he came with the vacuum.
We ended up staying elsewhere.

The room was quite large and very comfortable. The shower was huge. Very modern shower.
I enjoyed the breakfast. I especially enjoyed the eggs, sausage, and fried potatoes. The salsa and sauce to go on my eggs was a nice touch. I really enjoyed that.

Had the best time at this hotel. They were very pet friendly and made the stay very enjoyable with a large dog. All the workers that you were saw were super friendly and very helpful throughout the whole stay. Would totally stay there again.

We were a little disappointed, we’ve stayed at other La Quinta Inns in the past and they had the most comfortable pillow top mattresses! Our bed at this hotel was very hard and lumpy. The handheld shower head had no water pressure at all, it mostly drizzled. There was supposed to be a pump bottle of shampoo and one of conditioner attached to the wall of the shower, no shampoo, 2 bottles of conditioner. We did not have an extra roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, thankfully we didn’t run out, but it’s nice to have the security of an extra roll in the bathroom! But on a good note, the front desk staff was very nice, and the gentleman that took care of the breakfast area was very nice too!
