Front desk person was apathetic and with an attitude. I was taken aback by their unfriendliness.

I went on the night the desk clerk quit and walked out. So had to wait til the manager came to check in.

I would not stay here again. I wasn’t expecting this to be a luxury stay but given the weather dropped to 40/50 degrees at night, blankets would have been nice. The thin sheet with an even thinner comforter was uncomfortable. We had to use the heater all night to stay warm which was extremely noisy and made the room suffocating. The choice was be cold or stuffy with a loud machine. And they charged a $250 for a deposit. Crazy

This Microtel is very good. Clean, newer, well maintained and updated. The only problem I had with my room was that the television did not work. Wasn’t a major problem as I was only there overnight but still would have been nice to be able to watch some tv.

Room was clean, staff was super, super friendly. Bed was so comfortable! Breakfast was ok but no complaints overall! Would definitely stay again. Basic room but very spacious.

Total chaos when checking in. No one knew which rooms where clean or dirty. People were receiving keys and coming down saying the room was dirty and uncleaned from previous occupant. Waiting over an hour and a half to get our room along with a full lobby of people waiting. Then we got a key and entered an occupied room, which is terrible. The next room was clean and fine but the delay and experience could have been a lot worse had the people in the occupied room been present when we opened the door.

Rooms are standard but clean. They offer a shuttle to/from airport , but it’s not reliable. Waited over an hour and called 2 times. Had to make other arrangements to get from airport.

Small lobby and rooms. Dated shower with busted up walls. Floors seemed dirty. Some questionable guests. Gas station on same property was convenient yet sketchy. Did not see families there for a reason.

Only complaint never enough towels when I stay which is ab3-4 times a year. And they offered me a upgrade for $10 a night 2 beds but my room had 1 bed i just kept it but did let them know.

Pickup service from the airport was great! Young woman at the front desk was not very friendly. Large deposit required. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast team and food was great!

Hotel is basic and not well maintained. There is a home 2 next door, you would do better staying there instead. The first room I was given the beds weren’t made and there were dirty towels on the floor in the bathroom.

Fire alarm testing at 8am without notice…my child was sleeping at the time…how could you not gives guests a heads up about something like that

The room was clean, there was a washcloth left from previous guest hanging on shower rod. The breakfast wasn’t good, ran out of eggs and sausage. Staff too busy playing around with each other and in the way of guests getting food. On Sunday one of the staff members had their child at work. Too much playing around of staff.

Pros: Clean and super easy to get to the airport. Easy parking
Cons: No shampoo or conditioner in the room (the ONE time I didn’t bring any along). I was on the first floor and there was constant traffic into a room with an incredibly squeaky door, as well nonstop talking in the lobby until 2:30 am, which is coincidentally the exact time I had to get up for my flight. Perhaps a room on an upper floor is better.

Definitely recommend this hotel. The room was very cleaned. Beds were comfortable. The staffs were so friendly and helpful especially the two ladies up in the front during our stay. Really pet friendly!

Absolutely terrible! We had items STOLEN from our room. Jewelry and personal items like underwear were among the things stolen. There has been a police report filed. I will never return to this property.

Property sent us to an uncleaned room first, the 2nd one they sent us has clogged toilet. We called the next morning at 7ish, not the very same evening just to be considerate, the front office said she would send maintenance to fix it, like 30
Minutes later, no one came up, we called again, she told us maintenance staff starts at 9, we asked if we cannot go to the bathroom until then?! She said she will check to see if someone else is available. We called again like 10 minutes later, she said someone is coming SOON without giving us a specific time, eventually someone came around 8:30am, very unresponsive in dealing with the issues.

The bathroom smells sour and the ac smells too if crank higher. Lots of molds around the toilet and sink crevices. Beds are good. I have to sanitize the toilet seat and cover before using and counters too. Could have been a nice hotel if properly cleaned.
