The stay was great. However our neighbor was very loud. Playing music at all hours of night and waking us up. I tried to use the room phone but was unable to call down to the service desk so II had to use my personal phone. Eventually someone came to the room to tell them to quiet down which I was appreciative of.

Great Hotel!! Rooms are very nice, the breakfast was either buffet or cooked to order and it was delicious as well as the restaurant for dinner.

Front desk clerk was somewhat terse when a request to have keys rebooted as they did not work on the door. I had just checked in and she asked to see ID again and seemed perturbed that I did not bring my purse down with me to show ID. Very unfriendly.

Everything and everyone was great. I felt that the mattress was not very comfortable.

Front desk check in was horrible. The clerk was as disinterested in me and his job than anyone I ever met at a hotel. Unfortunate as it sets the tone for the entire stay.

Room was clean. Beds were comfy and linens had a nice fresh smell. The sink drain wasn’t working but we made do by taking the top off of drain and will advise at checkout that there was an issue.

The night clerk was a little surly, but everything else was lovely.

The bathroom was not clean. There was hair stuck to the bathroom wall and coffee splashes on the bathroom door, also torn pieces of tissue under the sink. Ventilation in the bathroom is very weak, so the steam from the shower couldn’t evaporate. The chair upholstery was stained and dirty. The ppl at the front desk were very responsive via text. Beds were comfortable. This was my 2nd time staying there and will likely be my last.

Carpet and floor in the room were wet and never dried. Faulty fire alarm woke us up early and we had to evacuate in the rain.

Check in was great but my problem was the water coming out of the light fixture in my bathroom. Reported to hotel manager who stated in the 20 years he had worked there that had not been a problem. I don't know if he meant it never happened or people just didn't think it was a problem. He stated the hotel was fully booked and he could not change my room so if I wanted another room I would have to find another hotel. Started look for other hotels and the front desk call and stated they did have a room for me and could pick up the keys down stairs. Wow in just minuets they found me a room in a full booked hotel.

As far as the facility itself and staff was amazing. My problems with Expedia and not incorporating dog fee and complimentary breakfast. I had to go out to eat. So misleading they are.

This is the third time we have stayed. Overall clean and acceptable. Friendly is not a word I would use for reception check-in:(

Nice hotel. Comfortable bed. But terrible pillows. Bed platform sticks out and creates hazard for bumping of knees when walking past. Bright light from smoke detector is very annoying when trying to sleep.
