Very Friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Will Definitely stay again.

My stay was for one night. There was a dirty towel from previous customer left behind and toilet paper was scarce. At night, there were several knocks from young men at the door to those of us spending the night on the second floor. I called the office and only told me that they would look into it. The knocks at doors kept only going throughout the night.

Room was clean, beds were very comfortable. We had 4 people in our reservation but they only supplied 3 towels in the room but getting an extra towel was very easy. Front staff was very pleasant. 1 minute walk to the beach. Was in short distance to a Whataburger and gas station for coffee. Outside of hotel is dated (not like pictures), but room was nice! Trash can along the outside stairs were full at times, but looked like they took trash daily. Will stay again when we come back! Great deal for the price!

We booked this hotel based on the reviews of others. Unfortunately, those reviews did not match our expectations. The location of this place is pretty dismal. the staff checking us in was friendly enough. The woman training the man was facetiming someone at the same time, which was odd. We got to our room and were so disappointed. It was grimy and dirty. Bedding was stained and just overall icky. We immediately booked a room somewhere else.

A little hard to get to and leave, out of the hotels control, but the roads are poor in North Beach.

The outside condition is more worrisome looking than the inside. However there are splattered vomit stains on shower curtain plus the carpet is not completely flat. A roll in it caused me to trip on it twice. With all of the signs posted outside that they aren’t responsible for any theft from cars makes you wonder if it’s a safe area & how much theft may have occurred.

Very nice and convenient to where we needed to go. Check in was very pleasant, and she was very nice.

Very clean, staff was there to assist with any issues, plenty of parking. No complaints.

Hotel DeVille was a nice location close to the beach and perfect for a nice stroll along the shore and quiet during this time of year which was really nice. Sandra at the front desk was helpful and nice. Thank you.

The bed sucked for lack of a better word!!!! Looks dirty on the out side. Windows looked bad so the view was obscured.

Loved this place. Just a short walk down to the beach. Walked to USS Lexington and the aquarium. Staff was super friendly. Got discount tickets at the hotel. Loved the beach decor of room. Would stay here again for sure.

While the staff at the front desk was kind and helpful, and the location was perfect for the area that we wanted to be in, this stay was disappointing in that it was a motel, not a hotel. It was pretty worn and has not been updated in awhile. The lighting inside was dark, especially in the bathroom and the sheets were wrinkled up like they were either brand new and never washed or they were not changed prior to our stay. There was a large puddle directly in front of our door that was difficult to side step going in and out of our room, and when I pointed it out to one of the employees passing by, she shrugged her shoulders and stated that “it’s always like that”… the property simply doesn’t look like it is advertised, and we would not stay there again.

This motel is a gem on the beech. The room was so clean and tastefully furnished. It is a walk away from USS Lexington and the pier close to USS Lexington give great view of the Harbor Bridge.

The Front Desk staff was very attentive. The Ocean view was wonderful. The beach was beautiful and literally a mere minutes walk away. The rooms were clean and well updated. Great shower! Being a bit off the beaten path gave it a calm, serene, quiet and relaxing atmosphere. We would stay here again if ever back in Corpus Christi!

We enjoyed our two day stay. The USS Lexington and beach in front of the hotel is perfect.

Place was neat and staff very friendly. Staff recommended Black Beards Restaurant that's pretty close, it was amazing.

Weekend stay with a friend and her kid from out of town. The main complaint I would have is that the room was not cleaned and we did not get fresh towels the second day. We had a good view of the bay and there a couple of good restaurants nearby. We did go to the State Aquarium (a bit pricy). The USS Lexington is also nearby (that was a previous trip).

2 Star Hotel with the softest bed I have experienced at a hotel in ages. Room smelled lightly of sanitizer and bleach. Shower was extra large and easily fit two people. Maybe a block to the beach, which we could see from our room. “ Love the barn door touch and the matching furniture pieces. Easy to walk wet from the beach to the room and crash. Great location.

Wonderful room, new floor, beds and decor. Very nice. Staff go an extra mile if something goes wrong. Will stay here again!

It was really close to everything. Very nice rooms and office personel was amazing.

Room was not thoroughly cleaned prior to arrival. Floor was sandy and not mopped. TV remote was not working properly. One of the beds had broken coils on one side and was pretty much unsleepable. Called front desk to take care of the issues upon arrival and she stated she was busy and would call us back; she did not. Stayed in a dirty room for two nights.

The check in was very easy and staff friendly the room was clean the shower was amazing the beds very comfortable only i wish was they had a channel list in the rooms will be back

The lady at the desk was super nice! My room on the other hand was lacking. The floor was so dirty. I mean I could feel how dirty it was. There was only 1 small desk lamp for light in the main room so I had to unplug it and move it around if i wanted light in another area. The dirty towels from the previous person/people were still in the room. One of the sinks was sticky inside the bowl. The furniture was pretty beat up with a lot of scuffs and water rings.

The lady who checked me in was super nice but my room was disappointing. The floors were dirty. I could feel the dirt when I walked around, especially near the windows. The furniture was pretty scuffed up and covered in water rings. I only had 1 small desk lamp for the entire main room, so I had to unplug it and move it if I wanted light in another area of the room. There were dirty towels from the previous person/people. One of the sinks was sticky. There were pencil lines on the wall from where outlet placement. The top door lock was difficult to use.
