Easy check-in and friendly staff. Room was clean, lobby was clean and inviting warm. Nice touch with the cookies and coffee.

It was very clean. Customer service was great. They were all very friendly and right there to help if you needed anything. The room was pretty big and the bed was really comfortable.

Excellent hotel, reasonable price for a sweet room with a hot tub. I recommend this hotel for a comfort away from home. Full breakfast in the morning and a great location.

The room was nice, the shower was very handi-capable, ac did not make the room cold. I had set it to 63, but I was still warm. Need handicap electric button on the back door.

The BEST hotel breakfast we have ever had! Front Desk was very friendly and informative. Room was very comfy including the bed. Didnt get a chance to enjoy the pool/hot tub but it looked well kept.

I really enjoyed this hotel. it was a work trip and lots of miles driven so a comfy bed was a must. And they did not disappoint. Customer service was welcoming and pleasant. I did not have time to eat breakfast due to an early meeting but would definitely stay there again when in the area.

I've stayed at this location a few times when I travel to Prineville to visit family.
I feel it's a good value for the money; friendly staff, comfortable and calming rooms, excellent breakfast, and close to several shops and restaurants, including the new food truck area!
I have every intention of staying there again and I highly recommend it to others.

It was a bad night. No power until Midnight. I know that is not your fault but no attempt to refund, or discount or anything. Get sent up to the wrong room on third floor, keycard doesn't work. Go downstairs get set up in another room, but no keycard. Told to get card after power comes back on? King suite? Mattress is terrible. Go to breakfast in morning. Not great below average. Then get room key.... again doesn't work.... I mean seriously? Hard to want to go back. I know it was a bad night with power going out, but truly seems like it was a full struggle bus.

Hotel was very nice and clean. Would 100% stay there again. Breakfast had a lot of great choices and was also clean. We were very impressed. Two minor complaints would be the bathroom light looked like it was about to fall and check in was a bit lackluster. Nothing over the top; everything else and all other staff were wonderful. We did not take advantage of the pool, so no comment there.

Excellent desk receptionist! Had a dog and didn’t see the option for checking in, so they didn’t know, but quickly made accommodations! Thank you so much and the place was spotless!
