We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were lovely, very attentive and just made our stay so pleasant and easy. The rooms are spacious and clean and we felt very comfortable. Food at the restaurant was so good, everything we tried was delicious and beautifully presented. Will definitely be going back to Siem Reap just to stay at this hotel. Thank you!

The staff were incredibly attentive, friendly and helpful. Our issue, electrical, with room was quickly taken care of and we were given an upgrade to another room. Customer service was over the top. Central to lots of restaurants and clubs. Spa massages were great.

I cannot say enough good things about Viroth's. Such a cool environment with airport pick-up in vintage cars, lovely old b&w photos of Jackie Kennedy visiting Cambodia in the 1960s in the lobby. Rooms are very comfortable and reminiscent of 1960s style. Everything pristine. Delicious, reasonably priced food and great cocktails. Lovely spa. Most of all, the staff are fantastic. So warm and friendly and efficient. We will definitely be back.

Services were perfect!!

We stayed in 7 different hotels on our trip. All very nice with excellent service. Viroth was still by far the BEST stay we had, in every aspect. The property is absolutely gorgeous. The foliage and decor make you feel like you’re in paradise, maybe even a dream. The rooms are very spacious with minimalist style and a very nice balcony. It was crazy hot in Siem Reap during our stay. The a/c and ceiling fan in the rooms helped keep our rooms as cool as we needed. The Viroth team delivered impeccable service. From the check in process, the excellent meals in their restaurant, poolside drinks and coming and going from the property. The bartender is also shaking up some of the best cocktails we had. It made no sense to go anywhere else for a good cocktail. The front desk went above and beyond with helping us arrange our Angkor wat tour (ask for Borey as a tour guide) dinners out, spa reservations and transportation. My mother got heat stroke on our Angkor Wat tour and Borey our tour guide notified the staff. They made it a point to check on her throughout the evening and seeing if she needed anything. We loved breakfast. They give you a menu to choose all the breakfast options you want. The fruit w/granola and yogurt and the French toast were our favorite bfast options. The spa was excellent. Prices were comparable to other nice spa options in town. The staff sent us off like royalty to the airport in their classic cars. This property alone makes us want to come back

Best hotel! The hospitality is the best we've had in SE Asia with employees that are not only courteous and welcoming but also helpful and resourceful. The staff really made the difference because there were many of them and there are not that many rooms in the hotel - which guaranteed a true 5 star treatment. The room was spacious and everything worked fine (such as aircon+fan). Everything was clean (the shower glass was spotless) and the attention to detail was best in class. We had both lunch and breakfast and you can tell in the manners of the staff that they are very well trained and attentive, giving good image and service at all times. On the last day we were allowed a late check out and a complimentary drive to the airport in their vintage limo, such a great experience. Next time I come to Siem Reap I'll stay here again, a TRUE 5 stars with the treatment that's hard to get these days in Europe or USA, even for 10x the price.

Simply outstanding. Stayed in February, 2023. All the facilities in the hotel were excellent. The service was simply outstanding. Kudos to all the staff for making our stay so much more than the fabulous ruins of Angkor Wat. If you are planning to visit Siem Reap anytime soon, and I would as the crowds at this time are small, choose this hotel. You will not be disappointed. The only down side we encountered was that they allow smoking at the pool area, which is also near the open breakfast area. Being non-smokers, it was not pleasant when we encountered smokers there. The good news is that it only happened once. However, should you be at breakfast or at the pool, you may encounter the same problem. Other than that, the hotel was truly wonderful. We would definitely stay there again should we ever visit that part of the world again.

Exceptional hotel and staff! The grounds and rooms are exquisite and we felt a bit like we were in a movie. My son and husband have Celiac disease and our son has a tree nut allergy on top of Celiac, and the restaurant staff were wonderful about helping us navigate gluten free and nut free items. We loved our experience s d would definitely stay here again!

Loved staying here; the service and amenities were great, staff were friendly and accommodating. An absolute boutique gem in Siem Reap I will definitely stay here again.

Highly recommend. The service from all staff members was consistently friendly, helpful and most importantly, sincere. Everytimr we stepped out, the staff would have a cheerful greeting for us. And wvery request for help was promptly seen to. From what I observed, the high level of service was extended to all guests. Cleanliness is a big plus. Housekeeping does a fastastic job and the room is spick and span. The guest room is well appointed and importantly, functional for travellers. There is a small gym. The outdoor swimming pool was popular with guests. The hotel rate provides for a 1-way airport pick up in one of their vintage cars. Ala-carte breakfast is also included in the hotel rate. The selection is small but ample and well-prepared. The hotel is located 15mins walk from the small city centre. You can take a slow stroll in the evening or call for a tuk tuk (US$2).

We stayed here with our teenagers and family friends for 3 nights; our favorite hotel out of our 3 week travel. Friendly, cool design, super comfortable beds, great shower, staff goes above and beyond, food delicious, location ideal for short stroll to town and the pool a refreshing oasis. This boutique hotel has so much style, the level of detail is amazing; from the refreshing hand towels they offer every time you reenter the hotel to the bug spray they offer when you go out; divine all around! We feel lucky we found this gem!

I have stayed here before and it continues to exceed every expectation. Not only are the rooms large and very comfortable; but the whole staff is simply amazing. Breakfast is great - the pool is lovely the spa staff are great. Everything about this place is wonderful.

This is the third time I stay at the Viroth, I just love it here so it’s my go to place when visiting Siem Reap. The cocktails are amazing, the decor is awesome and the staff are so nice and friendly. I absolutely recommend staying here.

What a great little hotel! Couldn't be happier with my choice. Having visited Siem Reap before (staying in the Grand), I thought we'd try something different. I am a fan of smaller, boutique hotels, and this was outstanding. From first communications, staff was gracious and helpful without being overbearing. We loved the old cars and the pick up from the airport in the vintage Mercedes limousine. We loved the cool lemongrass scented towels and a cool drink every time we arrived and left the hotel (so nice after a sweaty, dusty day). The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and so clean. Water pressure in the shower was great. We loved the salt water pool, and made frequent use of the spa. Spa was outstanding, super clean, and treatments were great. 30 USD for an hour massage done with herbal compresses? The one I received at the Montage Deer Valley for 250 USD was no better. There are no elevators at the property, so I would not book if mobility is an issue (but hotel staff carries luggage to rooms so not a problem there). Also, the midcentury decor is great (unless you don't like that style). Night market and pub street are within easy walking distance. Perfect example of attention to detail was our departure. Staff knew that we liked the vintage Rolls Royce, but there were four of us, and the Rolls wouldn't fit us and all our luggage. As we were leaving, the Rolls pulled up for us and they loaded our luggage into the Mercedes to follow behind. THAT is service!
