Wonderful - the folks at the office were great!

Our stay was wonderful at the beautiful apartment which was the penthouse with amazing views over the beach right downstairs. Communication with the staff was easy and we had a wonderful time during our stay.

This is one of the best company’s I’ve stayed with. I’ve used they apartments a lot. Every time it’s been perfect. This apartment is perfect position on beach front with great views. Got all equipment you need for self catering. Clean. Very easy entrance to the apartment with touch code access. Position of the apartment is in a quiet location.

It is a quite disappointing holiday stay. I paid premium price for a sea-front apartment in Dec, looking for the exotic and free-fly feeling, after the dreadful Covid lockdown. I was amused by the photos and the views, so paid nearly twice of the normal 3 star hotel price for this apartment. The two days experiences are full of unexpected drama. List some facts: 1) No lift & No reception. HOTEL.COM SHOULD LIST THIS CLEARLY IN THE WEBSITE, AS YOU CHARGE EXTRA 15% BOOKING FEE FOR THIS! The steps are narrow and steep; you need to ask staff to come to help you, which you MUST book upfront, and not outside their working hours. 2) No 7/24 hours support. They only work from 10-7pm Mon-Fri, 11-3pm working days. So if you arrive outside those hours, you need to figure out everything yourself. Telephone is possible sometimes, but not onsite support. You are asked to check in online upfront, pay with credit card, with your home address, and later check out online. Most communication will be done through Whatsapp during working hours. 3) Appliance breakdown. None of the appliances have use manual or help note, so you need to try your best luck to figure out the how to use them. I suffered several electricity and kitchen appliance breakdown, including the strange flash of lights, fuse-box jump off, oven/kettle/microwave/coffee machine stop working. It all happened in the evening or early morning, therefore nobody can come to help you. I really felt very nervous and desperate at that time.

Love this beachfront location. Easy access to shopping and restaurants right outside the door. We have stayed here four times over the past few years, so yes, we would come back :) Might add that some improvements have been made with regard to furnishings since our first visit.

It was great. Easy to find. Close to airport and road links. We missed a tumble dryer for the clothes. Otherwise kids loved it. Thank you.

Wonderful place!

Excellent property, Sitges Group staff were excellent to work with and very responsive. Property was right on the promenade and next to the beach. Excellent location with many great restaurants right there. Get the Batatas Bravas at El Indiano. Property can assist with many different excursions or rentals. We did the photo shoot which we enjoyed tremendously. The photographer, Amanda, was a joy to work with and very flexible and responsive. I highly recommend. All in all we wished we could have stayed longer. Will definitely stay here again if we come back to Sitges.

Wonderful location, spacious and very well equipped

We are a family of 5 and the place is spacious, clean, with 2 full baths, central air condition which help during hot summer days, beach front property which is just few steps to the beach. Great view with balcony. The area around beach is well kept with cleaning crew every mornign. The area is full of restaurants and most can understand English. Sitges is accessible via train to Barcelona which is about 30 min ride. CONS: The place has a low pressure shower head; maybe just above mist. We were on 3rd floor and no elevator so consider that as a cherry on top when you spent all day walking in Barcelona. The balcony is roughly 24 inches wide which is just enough to place a chair. Parking is close to none; very few parking pay facilities and often tight spaces. Better off taking train. Cash (Euro) is king as there are few restaurants takes credit card. Tip: You can actually drive to the front of the place and unload your lugages even though it looks like a no drive zone.

Property in excellent condition with a lovely spacious living area, and amazing views right on the beach. Slightly tricky to find - pay attention to the directions, the post code is a little way off. Very nicely furbished.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience. He emailed the Sitges Group many times for information on the best way to get there, spa options, and with many other questions. We were new travelers to Spain and they made our trip even more enjoyable.

I liked the location which was on the quieter beach of sitges but within easy walking distance of all the restaurants, shops and railway station. verlooking the beach at the front and pleasant gardens to the rear. Also a very light and airy apartment. The decor is very light modern and gives the seaside feeling. I think the second bedroom would be better with a blind or curtains which blocked out more light as very bright from sunrise onwards. The bed set up as a double needs a mattress topper to prevent sleeping on the join in the middle.

It was close to a quiet beach and restaurants, great for families.

We had to extend our stay in the Barcelona area after our car got broken into and we had to await repairs. My wife and children wanted to get out of Barca as they were a little traumatised and we chose Sitges. First of all, what a beautiful little town 30mins from Barca. We found this place and booked it and certainly didn’t regret it. Absolutely stunning, hi end apartment overlooking the sea, a stones throw from the beach. The attention to detail in the place was second to none. The beds were uber comfy, the kitchen had all utensils and things we needed and the children loved it. Please don’t give this place miss, if you’re going to Sitges, this is where you’d want to be for an awesome stay! 10/10!!

It was an amazing place right in the heart of beachfront, overlooking the sea. We had two apartments both were lovely - bright and beachy - just perfect. One had a roof terrace with a dining table and incredible views. The people who run it are super nice and very helpful. Sitges is great too - lots of restaurants, shops and a lovely walk by the beach.

We checked in and noticed that the room was very hot. There were fans in every room, but the air conditioning was blowing warm air. We reported this to management right away, but it took them 3 days to fix it. They moved us to a smaller unit, which did not have enough beds for our group, so we had to sleep on the sofa. This unit had no fans, so clearly they were already aware of the broken air conditioning. Each morning they would make us move out and move to a different apartment. Finally, on the last day of our trip, the air conditioning was fixed. Afterward, they did not offer any refund and were unhelpful. They really ruined this vacation for our whole group. We would suggest you never stay with them.

It worked well from the minute we collected the keys at the offices (professional and very engaged staff) and all through the stay. Nice, cool and light apartments with all you need. And good beds too.

I can not fault these guys. From the moment we arrived in Sitges they were so friendly and offered us a drink whilst we sorted out the paperwork. The apartment was beautiful and had every item you needed. It was exactly like the pictures. Definitely coming back and will be recommending it. Thank you team!

It was good overall except a bit of leakage problem with the sink in the bathroom that causes a pool of water on the floor. The shower head is also broken so when these are fixed it's nearly perfect.

Have stayed in many Sitges hotels and apartments. This was by some way the best. The location is terrific - right on San Sebastián beach with amazing views. It's a great beach and whilst just a short walk from the main nightlife of town it makes for a quiet and peaceful night. Anna and the team at Sitges Group were professional and friendly, and the apartment was well appointed, clean and well decorated in a fresh and modern style. Would most highly recommend.

Initially rather disappointed as I thought I had booked the apartment with a sea view. The apartment we were allocated was a shortish walk uphill from the front which might be a problem for the elderly or those with small children. Apart from that the no complaints regarding equipment level, room sizes etc. The air conditioning could have been better as it only really cooled the living room area. The office staff could not have been more helpful when asked to help out arranging taxis and giving local information. Overall a very pleasant week in a lovely resort.

Was a fantastic place, exceeded expectations and great location, could have moved in. Would return tomorrow and we have saved details for a return trip.
