The hotel is very well kept with lavish rooms and amazing view!!! However, there are no activities, no night life and no entertainment whatsoever for an all adult hotel. The variety of food offered is very limited and is not good.

This is a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the pool or the beautiful beach. I personally enjoy the beach where I stayed the most. The staff is amazing, welcoming, and prompt to make you feel at home. I definitely recommend this resort to anyone who wants to enjoy D.R. in style. To the owners of this property, I would say your staff is a great asset, especially Victor/Basiles/Yuteiry/Margarita/Irineo. God Bless you All and continue prospering in this place. See you soon.

Great hotel and beautiful location. Has very easy access to awesome beach. The pool is really great. Only complaint, the loud music around the pool. Last time we were here, the music was soft and not loud. This time it was very loud. We asked it to be lowered but were told people wanted it that way. Hope they will go back to normal.

We had the best time in Bahia Principe Grand Samana! The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Service was wonderful, we got everything we needed and much more. The place wasn't too busy so it was ideal and not crowded in any of the facilities. The area is beautiful and you're bound to have a great time spending your vacation there!

Very relaxing vacation

The property is not what it used to be 5 years ago! It’s no longer my favorite destination because they have a new weird system of Not All Inclusive anymore unless you pay Extra!! No more Shows at night either… will Not be returning ever!!!

Hotel is beautiful and quiet. Great for couples or people who want to relax and rest. Food & drinks needs improvement. Only 2 restaurants were available on our stay.

I have to say the property is very clean. The staff definitely are pleasant and helpful .

The staff were wondering, especially the ladies in the SPA very knowledgeable and professional. The food in the buffet was awful. Poor presentation quality.

Quiet, spotless, well maintained property with friendly multi-lingual service. No clubs or nearby shopping, if that's what youre looking for. If you want some easy peace on a pivate beach, at a property overlooking the ocean, this is for you. Excellently appointed rooms. Get the all inclusive, easy and minimal price change, for the convenience. Drinks werent very stong, even by weak resort standards, but service and quality were excellent. Nightly entiertainment in the lobby lounge, fun, but also localized, so you can go elsewhere on the property for quiet, if you prefer. Overnight room service all covered in the all inclusive, and a spa with good prices. Would definately revist.

My husband & I stayed 3 days . We absolutely love this property, excellent service in all areas.The only thing we didn't enjoyed was the juices,they were mot natural.

Stay away from the cheeseburgers. . .but other than that the food was the best I've had at any resort. Fish, chicken, pork, so many choices of sides and the bread and desserts were amazing. Staff 10/10 the private beach was 10/10 and having no children anywhere was AMAZING. Other than a LOUD obnoxious bus load ( group) of people. This place was incredible.

The property is tiered and set in the rock with beautiful mountain and ocean views, well maintained. Reminds me of Amalfi Coast in Italy. The staff was amazing, specially Fernando the bar tender, Ariel the supervisor of the food and beverages, as well as, front desk staff, bellmen, etc. All very friendly, helpfull and hotel is well maintained and clean

Was a good hotel. It’s better to go with a couple and I think is a good hotel to rest.

Bad service, cheap after all

We felt very safe at all times. This was the most relaxing vacation we have ever been on. The staff was over the top accommodating from checkin to daily assistance to meals. Over the top exceptional service. Wendy, Maxwell,Basila and ALL three young women at the front desk. Fernando at the beach bar makes the best mojito I’ve ever had. Beautiful clean beach. We were never unable to find a lounge chair and umbrella. The view cannot be beat and the breeze, I wish I could bottle it. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were immaculate. This is the perfect place to rest and relax! Emmanuel is available beside the front desk to help with excursions in case all the relaxing is just too much for you and the buggy excursion we took was such a good time! The tour guids Adam and Martin were so helpful and we always felt safe as there were 3 sets guides closing off roads for our safety. A perfect trip. We will be back!
