The motel has all the basic facilities and a good bed but the place can be more cleaner. The staff at check-in / check-out are helpful!

Old but nice hotel

Room was ok whit some repairs need to door and restroom is kind of old door some are brokem but nice stay

Definitely a cheap motel. There is an old musky smell in each room. My friends were staying a few units down from mine and the smell/condition was the same. My unit had linoleum floors and it wasn’t mopped in a while. When I moved barefoot from the shower to the bedroom and back my feet were dirty and left mud prints in the bathroom floor. There previously was graffiti on the shower rod. I could still see it even though there was an effort to take it off. The bathroom door didn’t close all the way. The shampoo was watered down - not sure if on purpose or if it was a bad brand. Shower caulking wasn’t very clean. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Again, if you are looking for cheap accommodations this fits the bill. I’m leaving an honest review here because I read the opposite of what I experienced. If I would have known what I do now I won’t be back. The service counter was nice to switch rooms when the original room smelled like cigarettes (non-smoking).

When we checked in, staff at the front desk was not personable or helpful. We asked for exyra towels, he said no, towels are in the room. The matress horrible, and made (squeaking) too much noise. Refrigerator wss broken. Upstair tenant_patron was noisey, walking stomping all hours of night. We could hear their tv all night. Bad overall experience.

It wasn’t to my expectations. Very noisy … you can hear people walking above rooms and all next rooms. Just found out there was a murder a few rooms down about a month ago. No water bottle was given.

No Sat TV. Boring.

I booked at Valley hotel because of the rating for cleanliness at Hotels.com. The refrigerator was very smelly inside and found out it was not working. The main door was jammed. There were hairs on the bedsheets. There’s a mold stain at the bottom of the bathtub. My kids found a small cockroach on the bathtub on the second day, and we smashed it. We won’t be coming back to the same hotel. I honestly think the room cleaner needs to do a better job.
