Perfect location if you’re wanting something walking distance to Gateway or Delta Center. We ride the free bus to somewhere else downtown. Very quiet and no problems whatsoever. We used the hot tub twice. My only complaint was the long line at check-in where they only had one person checking people in. Other than that, it was lovely.

Everything was great, front desk gal was AMAZING. Beds are stiff. parking was $22, which was generously waived.

Had issues with checking in due to Expedia not updating the reservation just yet. The girl at the counter was very knowledgeable and was able to get us checked in right away. Good, clean place. Would come again.

Very unaccomadating. The room we reserved and paid for 2 weeks ago was booked out before my family of 5 arrived late in the evening. They basically didn't care. Told us to find a different hotel that late or they said would have extra blankets and pillows for my daughter to sleep on floor. That never even happend after calling house keeping and asking the desk once again for the blankets and pillows. Still never happend for the second night either. We did manage to get more towels thankfully. Cramped room with 3 teeneagers for 2 nights. Adjoining room was denied to us also. Im so glad I paid for a large suite just for my kid to sleep on floor. No price adjustment. No give a care whatsoever by mamagment. Not family friendly.

Hotels are just 10 mins away from the airport, but they offers no shuttle. In the past, they do. I guess things changed.
This hotel is supposed to be new, but the A/C is really loud and seems not new. So is the hair dryer, and plug, and ... Overall, it's clean, it's good, just does not match with the Courtyard I used to stay in in other cities.

They do not provide parking and it is not secure parking. I had to pay an extra $25 for parking for the night. They do not provide breakfast. It is very noisy. There were police car sirens all through the night. It was expensive stay for no parking, food and noisy night.

Well located… restaurants around the corner… arena in front… room was ok air conditioner was kind of faulty. Also they had free parking. Is an ok hotel for one stay or an event in the arena

Of utmost importance as always is the courteous and professional welcome and greeting by the staff. They made one feel like family or long lost friends, instantly.
Next but not least is the impeccable facility--- modern, aethetically pleasing and perfectly clean and tidy public areas that continue into the rooms.
Easy in and out parking garage with ample spaces is worth the price.
Location is right there in the middle of the cleanest and safest part of downtown across from thr Delta Center, easy access to freeway and all relevant attractions.

Staycationed here with my 2 young boys to celebrate Mother's Day. The staff was incredibly friendly, the room was beautiful and clean. Great lighting, nice view, walking distance to great food. Breakfast was a bummer, we just went to Vosen's nearby, which was great!

Overall, I had a wonderful stay. My only complaint about the room was the leaking faucet in the bathroom.
