I found the early check in very frustarting. I had a wedding at 1:30 I attempted to call weeks ahead for early check in. They kept saying they couldn’t guarantee I could get into the room before 1 and to call the day off. I called the night before and they said I could pay to check in between 12-3pm instead of the normal 4. I asked if I could for sure get into my room at 12. No they could not guarantee me. They said with the business they probably would not have room ready till 3 but to ask again the morning of. So I go to the hotel at noon hoping to check in early before the wedding. Nope because I didn’t pay the $25 the day prior they wouldn’t let me in early. I explained I wasn’t going to pay ahead of time till I knew I could get in before 1:30 they said it was too late to pay and my room would not be ready till 4. So I wasn’t able to check in till I got back from the hotel very tired at almost 2am. I would have gladly paid the $25 for early check in if it was a set time and not a chance I still wouldn’t have been able to get in before the wedding started. Wish communication was better.

Room was very nice and comfortable.
The downside was the hot breakfast option was very sparse. If don’t like sausages, which I don’t, your only option was pancakes, which I am not a big fan of either. I ate one pancake, my husband one piece of toast. Not really a great start to the day.

The breakfast area was always neat and clean. I loved how it’s decorated and that they have a different menu each day! The girls working there were very friendly and when I congratulated them, they quickly praised their manager!

We got a 2 bedroom suite with kitchenette. Only complaint I have is the TV is small & there is no way to watch your streaming services. Room was good size, clean, breakfast was good.

Rooms were clean and smelt nice. Pool was clean and a bonus for the kid! Was able to park a big rig in the parking lot without any issues! Gentleman at the front desk was lovely to deal with and super helpful

My stay was in the winter so when the fan ran on the heater, car exhaust fumes were pulled into the room as cars idled in the parking lot.
Other than that it was an enjoyable stay.

The customer service is beyond expectations, the room was very clean. Easy parking and conveniently located beside places to eat and a gas station.

Great stay, breakfast was tasty. My daughter would have loved to see a waffle or pancake machine, but that aside lots of variety to choose from. Rooms were comfortable, and pool was great! The front desk team was kind and accommodating

We had an awesome stay! The pool, waterslide and hot tub were so fun. The only thing we were disappointed with is the breakfast was over at 9am today which I thought was way too early.
Our room also had a used tissue on the floor and the shampoo and conditioner dispensers were completely empty. Not a huge deal, but something we noticed. We would for sure stay here again!!

We were denied stay at the hotel because they couldn't find our booking. We received an email from expedia confirming our stay and the hotel did not honour that. You owe us close to $500 and we plan to file a complaint.

All good except that the pool area and pool itself were a bit arctic. Could turn up the heat a little.

Where do I begin. Checking in, they gave my reservation to ANOTHER person.. Who happen to be checking in at the same time as me, who happen to have the same name.
Pool was freezing cold, the hot tub wasn't working, there were no pool towels in the pool area. Waitined two minutes after calling out at the front desk, before someone came out. Check out was poor, still not sure if I'm checked out or not.
Room was clean, spacious and bright.
