Nice hotel rooms breakfast in idyllic area. Bar restaurant closed each night at 7pm and surrounding establishmnts often too full to accomodate anyone.

Lovely clean hotel and staff very helpfu. When we arrived Sterday late afternoon we was told the hotel restaurant is closed and has been since covid as they cannot get staff. Although we understand this it should have been shown before we booked it. The website has been updsted today to show its closed. Didnt help is though when there was 8 of us on a road trip wanting food and nothing local serving without a booking i can understand this too. One of the other group had left a review and was called a lair. The icing on the cake was when we ordered beers at the open bar and put them on a room and was charged 20 euros service charge after we had left a hefty tip with the lady behined the bar as she was so helpful. Sorry to leave a negative review but its not good enough service to show a restaurant and then tell us when there its been closed since covid.

Very comfortable room, nice breakfast buffet and staff friendly ! We were in a familiar room for 5 and it was very nice ! Parking convenient and very close to drive to Baden Baden center

Very good hotel in a fabulous location, I’d recommend it to anyone who wants to be in a quite hotel.

Very upscale boutique style hotel. The area around the hotel is very poetic, and really recommended if you need quiet time. The room was family friendly, there was nothing in the bar, and only a single bottle of water at first day. I would have expected more. The breakfast was adequate and the staff was very friendly. Really recommended if you don't like noisy environments.

Beautiful hotel and very helpful staff. Great view of the vineyards from our large terrace. Lots of character. Lovely stay.

Everything was great! The WiFi worked good. The hotel was recently updated and was clean and like new. The room had a giant balcony. The breakfast was fantastic. The staff were pleasant and respectful.

We stayed here for three nights to visit Baden-Baden, Strasbourg and Europa park. Everything was easy to reach by car and the hotel offered free parking, which was a plus point. The hotel itself is located in a beautiful place with really nice scenery. Our family apartment overlooked the garden and was very clean, well equipped with a small kitchen, iron and a washing machine. Breakfast was nice. It's excluded from the room price and was 10 Euros per adult and 5 per children, which is really reasonable. Staff were friendly and smiling, just they were few. I think more staff is needed especially in the morning to help with breakfast. Overall, I loved this hotel and totally recommended it for people driving to this wonderful area.

Fantastic location, fantastic accommodation and superb cleanliness but could be better if evening meal was offered instead of just pizza. Lacking in atmosphere as no music and very quiet. Had a large screen in the bar/eating area but never saw it being used. A wonderful place if you like it very quiet. Unfortunately we had a problem with the safe and the man on reception who came to look at it was very impatient and ended up storming off as it was taking too long to make it work. Therefore we had no safe for the duration of our stay as he didn’t return. (A bit rude!) Upon arrival he didn’t have the time to show us around the hotel as he was dealing with the next German guests whom he then showed around.

Breakfast was a real treat - you could even indulge in wonderful apple strudel at that time in the morning - almost too tempting!! Staff were very helpful and showed us to our rooms when we arrived quite late in the evening - a nice touch.

What a wonderful place to stay! We loved the hotel, the spacious (especially by European standards) rooms, friendly and helpful staff, great location, etc., etc., etc.! Can’t say enough.

Traditional German country hotel with.great, attentive service. The overall comfort was impacted by no air conditioning - the room got very warm which made it hard to sleep. Breakfast was excellent with hot and cold choices. Clean and tidy rooms but no frills.
