An excellent choice for longer stays. Hotel is still new and clean. I like the kitchen facilities. The 2 bathrooms have no bathtubs. Lots of space for a family. Breakfast has a large variety of food. Nice pillows and mattresses. The ceiling is thin as we could hear the loud noise of furniture being moved upstairs. The lobby should be bigger as it was rather crowded. Apart from these it is a very thoughtful setup.

Overall, the Hotel concept and room product is good. However, there seems to be some lack of standards and supervision. We arrived around 5.00pm and expected the room to be ready. After a lengthy wait, we were informed that we got upgraded to a loft room. However, it seems to be a problem with a bedside lamp. After another 5 min we were offered a beverage at the restaurant, which was nice. Once we arrived at our room 108, it was the worst positioned room of the hotel. First floor, outlook to nowhere and next to your engineering and paint shop. The room product seems good with all the gadgets. Bathroom cleanliness needs to improve. Something is growing behind the left toilet paper roll. As well dust is accumulating on the chrome. Main room television remote is not working properly. Date on the screen is 2013 or 2015, I know small details but this is where setting standards start.

Well located and provisioned. The food was good and allergens clearly marked, which is very important when traveling as someone who is allergic to some things. The pool and water taxi to the ocean was so convenient. I especially appreciated the laundry service. Staff were very friendly and took great care of us.

No beach but accessible to one. Ok for the price.

Cassia has a constant (free) boat shuttle to the most gorgeous Bang Tao beach, and free tuktuk shuttle to shopping centres. The apartments have small kitchens and are modern and well equipped. The staff are just so lovely and super helpful. The buffet breakfast is really extensive and high quality. It’s just the best. We will go back as soon as we can.

Upon check in- kettle not provided. By right all rooms shld hve 2 pillows per person but we only hve 1 pillow n we call d front office n they say they will send housekeeping staff to check. Why cant they just provide us extra instead of coming up to our rm to check . According to d staff they r running full occupancy n not enough pillows for all guest We were assign 2nd floor right on top of d coffee house. So noisy as early as 5am- kitchen preparation n staff talking v loud

We had an amazing stay in a two bedroom loft water. The staff at Cassia were incredible and nothing was a problem. Buffet breakfast was excellent and the pool and kids room were great for the children. Would highly recommend

Fantastic resort! Nested along the lagoon with beach front only 2 mins away! Big and comfortable king bed and kids love their loft. Lots of happening cafes, bakery, Japanese, Italian restaurants just 10 mins walk. Highlights was the Friday night market at Boat Avenue!

Good location in the Laguna area of Phuket. The hotel room which we had, had 2 bedrooms and a small living area which was perfect for us and our teen. The pool areas were nice. The little boat across the lagoon to the beach, plus the transport offered around the local area (at a cost) were useful.

Excellent hotel with great service and super easy access to the beach, via quick ferry across the lake. Full and delicious breakfast in the mornings and plenty of yummy food options from the hotels cafe. Also, it is quite quiet in the evenings. The only issue, be it minor and out of the hotels control, was lots of noise at the private beach, due to a great deal of small children and loud guests. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel and will be staying here again as soon as I can get back!

The check in receptionist was very good and helpful and left me with a warm feeling about the acomodation from the beginning which proved to be correct. I enjoyed staying here very much

Very open and spacious. Staff were extremely nice. Location was great. Beautiful layout for the pools and swimming areas. Travel services were very convenient. Covid management was very good.What I didn't like was the small bugs in the kitchen. Also, certain things were in a bit of disrepair.

The shower had mold growing in the grout from not being cleaned properly and the employees didn’t wear masks working in a small kitchen while cooking my food, because of that I checked out earlier then planned I like the location and have stayed there several times in the past but because of COVID 19 I chose to leave early

Room is spacious (1 bedroom). Bed is comfy. Great price during covid-19. Great location in Laguna area, very convenient. It's not beachfront but on normal circumstances, there would be boat shuttle to take you to the beach across the lake. Will stay again when in phuket.

Amazing staff and resort. Get to breakfast early or its hard to get a seat. Thursday night market was amazing.

Very well run hotel. Nice breakfast, clean facilities, helpful staff, shuttle to the beach and to different locations.

My 2nd stay within a year. Overall it is nice. Still no toothpaste and toothbrush :)

If you are a family of 4 please do not stay at the place. The rooms are tiny and not large enough or equipped for 4 people. I paid a lot of money for a 2 bedroom. The bedrooms are very small. The sofa bed was not made up for my youngest daughter and there was no bedding available. This despite me booking a room for 4 people. Only 3 plates, glasses, knife fork spoon etc. I did ask for an extra set but they did not turn up. The staff are grumpy and do not make you feel welcome. We went for a drink in the evening to find half of the area sectioned off for a private function. So what was advertised on website was kit available. If you are going to hold functions then a function room should be used and not space taken from paying guests. The breakfast was a like a zoo. No tables and other guess using their hands, staff not bothered. A shambles. Stayed in Thailand 11 times and this is by far the worse. Payed a lot of money for a poorly run hotel with small rooms.

The property is gorgeous and well kept. The lagoon is very pretty, and the pool is fantastic.

I liked the staff on reception and how efficient they were in booking us in early.

I could hear the couple staying in the next room. Including intimacy at night.
